I just recently transferred to a university from a community college and the advisor I worked with was discriminative and as a Native American woman, I was furious. I still contacted the director of advisement and requested a different advisor. My new advisor is way nicer and I’m looking forward to my new classes at a bigger school however, that experience at the beginning almost ruined it for me but I was like whatever, I won’t let that horrible person spoil my college experience. Those adults who work for universities can be very unpleasant.

The junior year internship definitely matters for course 6. I was a ‘14, MEng ‘15. That was the final year that most FAANG companies hired new college grads without requiring them to have successfully interned at that same company. In the last 6 years, I haven’t spotted a new college grad at my company that wasn’t an intern with a return offer. My junior and senior internships were both at great places. Sophomore year I didn’t plan ahead at all. Luckily, Akamai takes people very late in the year and has a good reputation in industry. All my fellow no-planning-ahead MIT sophomore peers at Akamai that year also went on to FANG full-time jobs.

I can't believe it's been 2 years wow I'm currently finishing my first year of college but it's been 100% online cause I'm an international student from Brazil and yada yada covid hit us bad so I'm stuck here. I can't wait to live the things you talked about in this video though! I had a lot of fun watching your tier list hahaha

My % in grade 11th was 70% My % in grade 10th was 82% n finally My % in grade 12th is 92% I have decided already what double majors I have to do with the minor It's my dream school. But this thing with my grade 11th % makes me really very anxious literally every day that I won't get in, its like way too less but I make myself comfortable saying I scored pretty good in 12th grade. So I wanna ask will my junior year n sophomore year grades matter in front of senior year grades when I'll submit them for REGULAR decision??? Really looking forward to your answer! Regards!
