The music overpowers the vocal/audio details and is difficult to hear your recommendations. Can that be taken into account for the next video? Much appreciated!
I wish you could order these butter knives to your room as well as the light up drink clips. We are going on our first cruise out Brisbane Australia around Halloween and I wish you could buy the Halloween decorations. Both my kids are celebrating their birthday (14, 18).
My husband just surprised me with the butter knife after our cruise on the wonder! He must have picked up on my not so subtle and very frequent hints about how cute I found them 😂
I did a 3 night Nassau/Castaway Cay itinerary on the Wish for my first ever cruise in late April 2024, did a placeholder and booked a Castaway Cay and Lighthouse Point itinerary for September 2025 already with it.
They are with Diamonds International. You can often get them on the ship after the port shopping talk or at the port shopping desk on-board. If they don’t have them they will give you something to take to Diamonds international to get the charm bracelet and the charm for that port. On board they won’t try to sell you anything when you get them but if you have to go to the store on land they will sometimes try. We just ask for the free charm and continue on. The charms are small and definitely not high quality, but fun.
I usually grab a souveneer at the end of my vacations. NOT ON DCL!!! What you see (with a few exceptions) is the only stock they will have the entire trip. You don't have to skip dinner/first show to be the first in the shops, but by the last night they will be sold out of some items. Also, shops are only open at sea so if you need a toiletry item, grab it while at sea. I have several DCL spirit jerseys but I debated getting one that said the ship name. Our first 2 cruises were the same ship but I didn't pick it up bc I didn't plan to sail every DCL ship. Now I wish I had grabbed one. The only way to get that is by picking up a used one on a resale site. If you are considering anything with the ship name, you may regret opting out.
Just came back a week ago from the transatlantic eastbound. And this is our third cruise. To do with a photo package I guess we’ve been more lucky than you. We haven’t really done anything in the Caribbean other than a year ago the Panama Canal cruise westbound that stopped in some places in the western Caribbean before going through the Panama Canal. So for Alaska cruise or Panama Cruise and our Atlantic Cruise at every port and for most of our excursions there was a Disney photographer with us on the trans cruise. We had maybe five buses going to the same place at the stops and there were five photographers one for each express at another destination when you got to the major places to look at it was one they’re waiting for us so we seem to have gotten lucky , and that was the same when we went on the Panama Cruise for the Alaskan cruises. They were just there outside the ship at the port. There’s about three different ones where you could take different pictures of the down the street or with the Disney ring with the Mickey ears the usual stuff.
I'm not sure if you can always book up to 2 placeholders or only if you have 2 adults in your room, but I always book 2. That way if someone wants to come with me and get their own room, they can also have the discount. They do have to be on your booking as they are non-transferable, but the person who will be in that room can pay as long as you give them the information to do so. You can also use the 2 credits on different sailings or combine them for $500 prepaid on your deposit but still 10% off the booking price. You can also keep one and cancel the other for the refund.
We took our first Disney cruise over Mother's Day weekend. We stopped at Castaway, my 4 year old eyes light up when he saw the plastic toy ship at the gift shops, we didn't get it, what a mistake that was. He is in the spectrum, it's been almost a month since our cruise and not a day goes by that he doesn't ask "can I have the Disney Magic Toy?"
I like your content a lot, if I could just offer a suggestion though. For videos that are list format like this, it would be good to actually do title cards or break your speaking up to notate the number. Such as Number 2 - The Beer Mug... it almost seemed like you were repeating the first few minutes over again in detail later in the video. Again I really enjoy watching, just thought this might help.
Also spotted them on the Fantasy in February.
I saw the Animator’s Palate butter knife on the Wish at Mickey’s Mainsail.
The bathrobes are the nicest Disney robes we've had so far. Also the Dream had the butter knives in last summer in Europe
They are so comfy!
Are the robes big? I'm worried since it says "one size fits all" that they may not fit. I really want one though!
@@iamabutterflychaser I'm a UK 16 and it fits me with room to spare. :)
Animators Palate knife was on the Magic May 4-9. The Robes are super soft!
The robes are the best!
might also be on the wonder than.
I now have Birthday, Halloween, and Christmas room decor packages and I LOVE THEM!!!!
Well played!
The music overpowers the vocal/audio details and is difficult to hear your recommendations. Can that be taken into account for the next video? Much appreciated!
its weird because i can hear her okay
I got the Animators Palet Butter knife last September 2023 on the Wonder
Thank you!

They were still on the Wonder last month!
My husband just surprised me with the butter knife after our cruise on the wonder! He must have picked up on my not so subtle and very frequent hints about how cute I found them 😂

Can you talk more about the free charms

So glad it’s back!
My favorite coffee mug is a Disney Cruise mug
Bought one in January 2024 on the Fantasy.
So glad, thanks! Just out of curiosity, were they still $10?
@ Don’t know the cost. Received it as a gift from a family CM who purchased it with their CM discount.
I was able to buy the Animators Palate butter spreader on the Fantasy this past March.
I have two of those knives. Don’t remember what ship I purchased them on.
Thanks!
We got our Paint Brysh butter knife on the Dream, Oct 2023. Bad thing is, I dont know where I put it "for safe keeping", lol

Good one!
