- Welcome to Steel City RC channel. This is my Losi dbxl-e V1 buggy. Fitted with a Hobbywing Max4 speed controler and a Castle Creations 2028 800kv motor. 17T pinion 50T spur. Using 12S power from two combined 6S SMC 8000mah lipos. Such a fun RC that earned the name "Braapless Beast"!!

Thanks Kris! I would let you run this one. Even at say 40 MPH if I go WOT it pulls the front end up. Just crazy. This buggy isn't known for wheelies. Very well planted platform. 12S says different lmao

Thank you so much brother! I love this buggy. Every now and then it gets neglected. Then I do something special for it. I failed to mention in video how much better it handled with the new front and rear hub carriers. No more flex.

I can't believe how many times your on the same track with things that I'm doing , I was ABSUGULOOOOLY gunna do the same thing to my arrma kraton 8s , but I'm getting a 12s VEKTA5 E when available , k8 is getting a new max 5 , that thing is quick ! Great job ! But maybe your putting that AWSOME body to a painfully task ? 😂😂😂 , I've got castle in my dbxl , it don't wheelie like that what's your run times on those batteries ?
What is up man! Thank You! This buggy has been 12S a couple years. Had a Flier 400a in here first. Wasn't impressed. So I preordered the Max4 from the LHS and paired it with a 20208 800kv Castle running in sensored mode. I am stock punch level. I need more brakes I see today. The body, it is doing what I intended it to do. Protect my expensive electronics and look good doing it. Maybe it will hold up, maybe not. I have enough shelf queen bodies lol. Te batteries I get 15 minutes max. Hard running big area even less. Appreciate you stopping by!!
I no it's hilarious , but,,,, I was done buying rc's after my exspensive vesla build , I'm mean really , I own a VEKTA5 with Taylor 35 , but DAMIT !!! here comes the 12s VEKTA5 E , I have no 12s ,,,,,,,,DAMIT !BUT here I freeeekn go , I'm paid up on the vesla this payday , so I'll be ready for the November release , wife is gunna freek when I ask her to help carry it in the house !! 😂😂😂

Awesome rig! I recognize the mechanical screaming/screeching sound beyond 40/50% throttle. Haven’t been able to get rid of it. Any ideas. It annoyed me a lot. Fresh pinion and spur seemed to help. For 2 runs.

Now it has a new motor and still does it. I think it may be in the center diff. Not too worried about it. But annoying. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘

What is up man! I go to South Park sometimes. By the flag memorial is fun. No issues running gas or electric 5ths there. The BMX track is fun for smaller rigs. Gotta go EARLY or it is crowded. Otherwise. Find a park and go have fun. Thanks for watching 👊🤘
