If you swap Mytha with Royal Rat Authority and Royal Rat Vanguard with Ancient Dragon and knock Vendrick up one or two tiers then that'd be a tierlist I can wholeheartedly agree with.
I love DS2 and pledge myself entirely to the Rat King but RRA might be the worst boss in all Soulsborne due to lack of telegraphs, toxic rat minions, and strange hitboxes. Usually I skip him entirely or cheese with greatshield and crossbow. I could also just be bad at fighting anything that isn't a human. Still absolutely adore the rats and don't mind so much since it's optional.

Too many mid bosses is what I take from this list.
DS2 has also mid lore and mid level design.
Only lunatics bother with this game more than once.
Mytha sucked dog water and dark lurker was the best fight in the whole game
