I don't think you picked it up yet, but after spending enough Souls at the merchant lady who sells Lifegems she gives you a +1 silver serpent ring you just have to spam talk with her. You can also try picking up +2 from the boss snake lady in the windmill, you just have to use a astetic to respawn her.

I loved Dark Souls 2. Always will. I loved Nashandra too. Her lore is great and her design is sooooo cool. She's like something straight out of a comic book in terms of design. Or like, a villain in a D&D game. Her weapon is cool and I love how she curses the player for being too close to her. It adds a timer-like feeling to her fight if you're melee especially. I had fun with it.

Ah yes brum tower and the way to blue smelter all 3 dlcs had a coop area basically where they expected u 2 summon people to get u through so they made it horrendous for people who dont 😂

The difficult ramps up a lot with the dlcs btw, especially the last two are really tricky. I kinda feel you on how underwhelming the game is after the newer ones tho.

Back on the bone action, you must remember when you were in the room with a small bridge, then you dropped down, there were some of those runner enemies one way and knight the other. You decided to not fight the knight but it was behind him, he looked like the ones at the other bone shard. I'm not sure you still go look for it but I hope you find it if you do. Tho now I'm the less sure if I'm right honestly.

It's not big of a spoiler but you also missed a bone shard in the hole at majula, or atleast I'm pretty sure. Little clue it was on the way to the dark area with the poison spitting statues. Little more clue it is guarded by the same kind of enemy as the other shard was.

Actually you can break this boss, you just have to wait for him to make a heavy attack (the one with the blue marker) dodge him to the right and then you can start the cycle: so you always stay on the right going around him but not too fast, and than you can dash atack him and than repete the cycle, you have to pick up the rhythm but after you understand it it becomes very easy. I hope I've been clear, because it's much easier to show than to explain

you gotta start utilizing your shell and learn how to parry trust once you master it bosses will become much easier and fun also if you want to start making good progress i would suggest to only upgrade one stat for like quite a while the two main and important ones in my opinion are strength and vitality hope this helps :]
