The obvious thing that you left out is eggs. In Britain you can get a dozen large eggs for about £2.70 I don't like bacon and eggs though, as for some reasonthat goes straight through me. Boiled eggs and a tin of sardines is okay for breakfast, packs in a lot of nutrition. I sometimes have half a dozen raw eggs whisked up for lunch at work, grosses other people out, lol.
