I Trained Like "One Punch Man" For 100 Days (100 Push-ups, 100 Squats, 100 Sit-ups, 10KM Run)

- I trained like "One Punch Man" For 100 days! This included doing 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY..... I ended up changing the routine a little to suit my needs more by replacing the 10km run with a 1-mile run and an additional 50 pullups. I also do realize that I did 100 crunches instead of 100 sit-ups but oh well too late now to change it and either way I got incredible results.

I'm currently focusing on improving myself as a whole, and even though I'm not a regular viewer of your channel, your two videos on this "One Punch Man Challenge" motivates me to keep pushing forward with myself in the physical sense. I work out, but not as much as a I should. Overall, I'm still watching this video right now, but there is definitely a positive improvement in your editing skills in the context of comparing the first video to this one. Keep up the good work, man.
YES ERIC! I love to hear that brotha, stay motivated and push yourself to become the best version of you! 💪🏻🔥
Thank you! I try to improve the editing every video. The original was edited 5 months ago and 5 months later It seems my editing has improved by a lot.
@@BrandonWilliamyt You're welcome! I will definitely make an effort to keep pushing myself. I walked 30,000 steps today because I saw some other dude on youtube walk 25,000 steps for a week. I weigh 128 pounds, and my height is either 5'8" or 5'9" (' = feet ; " = inches); however, I know I should try to focus more on muscular growth and bulking. Any tips for that or like, do you have any advice in general about how to just go about improving myself, whether that's physical or mental? It’s actually better to do crunches than sit-up because sit ups car hurt ur back bones and stuff.
Yeah I was a personal trainer before the pandemic and I was about to say crunches are more beneficial and better on the body to do then sit-ups
@@L33WCiD But if you sit up on mattress is it still hurt your backbones? Just askin'
@@sheesh6842 as far as I know I'm definitely no expert on this subject but I'm pretty sure situps are easier because you tend to use more of your hip flexors then your abs or something and that's part of the reason why crunches are better.

This guy did it right coz he balanced the workout by adding pull ups, nicely done pal!
yess only doing one would not be good for the body!
Nice! I did something similar for a year or two. 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 200 lunges. Definitely worked. I still push up, pull up and squat every day, but my volume isn't quite as high any more.
every fucking day?
@@iusepc2317 Yeah. I train daily. I have for years. It's very sustainable if you manage volume and intensity correctly. It's ll about weekly volume, and distributing it over more training days makes it easier to manage.

Hi brandon ! So yeah im one of ur more recent fans. Im a 9 year old and this summer 4 weeks ago i visited my grandmas house the 1st week of july and the 3rd week of july and stayed there for 1 week (I also live in the PHILIPPINES) . My grandpa trains me when I stay here for a week. The training is i wake up at 5:30 am (ofc i sleep at 9) I do 6 figures 3 of them are on the hip to not make it rock solid and 2 are about having to reach my toes and i struggle with them. Lastly 20 push ups. The REAL LAST one tho is the 4 lap jog. Sometimes we do it near a mall which opens at 9 am. Thx I am SO GRATEFUL i saw ur vids. They helped A LOT!
Omgggg that was absolutely INSANE! Honestly I was freaking out the entire time because that looked INTENSE! Also all your food looks amazing! Looks like now you can complete in the iron man competition or ninja warrior!!!!!!! 😃😃😃😃😃😃

when your meals are banana or cereal for breakfast, any canned food for lunch, and whatever your mom makes for dinner yet you still think the One Punch Man workout will work: :/
eventhough im only a kid, I recommend to do the plank instead of crunches, this is because they are better for you, this is because crunches put preassure on your spine while planks strengthen the stabilizing muscles that support your spine and help keep your back healthy

The truth is, Saitama actually broke his limiter. The training as Genos said, was just standard. Saitama actually broke his limits making his strength have no limit. Even while doing nothing Saitama gains immense strength.
The most bullshit thing I have ever heard!
The real superpower would be not looking that fit, but be just as strong.
NO, you have to do it for three years!
no way
For 3 year he become arnold body builder
Please learn to do a pull-up from Athlean-x in order to maximize gain. I lifted my whole life and now that I’m 50 I still do at least 50 pull-ups a day. I balance also with the Bosu ball, push ups, dips, and air-squats. Weights are great but you lose your flexibility and you are more prone to hurting yourself. Pulling and pushing your own body weight makes you a beast. Picking up 45 lbs plates makes you slow without a strict cardiovascular endurance training. Thanks for the great video

The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.
The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound. The test get progressively faster as it continues until the student reaches their max lap score.
The PACER Test score is combined in the FitnessGram software with scores for muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition to determine whether a student is in the Healthy Fitness Zone™ or the Needs Improvement Zone™.

Q1: How long does your workout take without the 10k run?
Q2: Do you recommend this for people how are to busy for a gym membership?
Request : i would like you to make your own home workout and share it with us.
Thank you!
1. Around 30 minutes, recording everything adds an extra 20-30min lol
2. If you can’t get in the gym then 100%, it’s honestly the best way of working out too. We’re humans that are meant to be running around in nature. Working out outside doing push-ups on the grass and connecting to the earth is the best thing you can do for your health. I just want to build a lot of muscle and the body weight workouts will only let me build so much before I need to start hitting the weights.
I actually have made a nice chest and triceps workout routine on a fitness channels before. Here’s the link to it: ua-cam.com/video/zBs_8r11G6U/v-deo.html
