  • I trained like "One Punch Man" For 100 days! This included doing 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY..... I ended up changing the routine a little to suit my needs more by replacing the 10km run with a 1-mile run and an additional 50 pullups. I also do realize that I did 100 crunches instead of 100 sit-ups but oh well too late now to change it and either way I got incredible results.

I work out, but not as much as a I should. Overall, I'm still watching this video right now, but there is definitely a positive improvement in your editing skills in the context of comparing the first video to this one. Keep up the good work, man.

My grandpa trains me when I stay here for a week. The training is i wake up at 5:30 am (ofc i sleep at 9) I do 6 figures 3 of them are on the hip to not make it rock solid and 2 are about having to reach my toes and i struggle with them. Lastly 20 push ups. The REAL LAST one tho is the 4 lap jog. Sometimes we do it near a mall which opens at 9 am. Thx I am SO GRATEFUL i saw ur vids. They helped A LOT!

Right they can get expensive too! I avoid those at all costs. Awful for the digestive system/body and filled with chemicals. I prefer eating nutrient packed food although it is costly so if you want to save money then protein shakes will be a better option.

Please learn to do a pull-up from Athlean-x in order to maximize gain. I lifted my whole life and now that I’m 50 I still do at least 50 pull-ups a day. I balance also with the Bosu ball, push ups, dips, and air-squats. Weights are great but you lose your flexibility and you are more prone to hurting yourself. Pulling and pushing your own body weight makes you a beast. Picking up 45 lbs plates makes you slow without a strict cardiovascular endurance training. Thanks for the great video

The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.
The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound. The test get progressively faster as it continues until the student reaches their max lap score.
The PACER Test score is combined in the FitnessGram software with scores for muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition to determine whether a student is in the Healthy Fitness Zone™ or the Needs Improvement Zone™.

      Thank you!
      1. Around 30 minutes, recording everything adds an extra 20-30min lol
      2. If you can’t get in the gym then 100%, it’s honestly the best way of working out too. We’re humans that are meant to be running around in nature. Working out outside doing push-ups on the grass and connecting to the earth is the best thing you can do for your health. I just want to build a lot of muscle and the body weight workouts will only let me build so much before I need to start hitting the weights.
I actually have made a nice chest and triceps workout routine on a fitness channels before. Here’s the link to it: ua-cam.com/video/zBs_8r11G6U/v-deo.html
Thanks for supporting I hope that answered your questions!
