Love this design very much.. except the shower space that is not glassed in which means the toilet area might get wet 😮.. were the other 2 rooms knocked downto create more visual and intentional space? I would definitely consider hiring this ID firm. The ID in this video speaks very eloquently.. That's an added bonus :)

3:56 The sintered stone sink might look nice, but in humid climates such as SE Asia, mould and bacterial buildup will make it time consuming to keep dry and clean.

Luxury of spaciousness by opting minimalism in this unit. But if it is a BTO unit, I can't help thinking any major renovation is required as it is already quite well provided for minimalist set-up.

On the fence with this one. While this was so much better than most minimalist houses featured on stacked, this house still lacked charm or personality. A minimalist house doesn’t mean, u shouldn’t add artwork or a proper sized rug or a credenza to elevate the decor of your he home. Well executed but can be furnished better

Good for magazine shoot, but somehow lacks the warmth of a family.
Very sterile look (it means boring to me). The Aircon inlet is covered by a cover which is not ideal for the motor. Easy to clean though except the toilet.
"The" is pronounced "thee" in front of vowels. Or when colloquially emphasizing something. Overusing it was really jarring. Pronounce it like Reuben selling loans.
The custom sintered stone sink that extends into the shower area is genius ngl.
My sole criticism is why get such a big place if you aren't using it. Isn't the ultimate minimalism to get the minimal space you need, as well.

Although it looks very beautiful, there is no space for living.
I mean, I dont see a coffee machine for ex. The owners must be psychopats then. 😄
