Likely sacrificed the room for that. Leaving the bedroom so small with no choice but to install a bi-fold door to visually enlarge the spatial feel.

The very old type 3I models have only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, separated. The newer types like 3NG and 3A, and the BTO ones have 2 bathrooms with toilet.

It’s more costly compare to normal painting. But it’s worth it 😊

Yes it is. Except no window grille is install for this house. We are also cats owner and are aware how to design a car friendly house.

Nice natural and wood color theme. May I asked why spent so much money and effort, especially, kitchen, but only has a 2 seats dinning loose furniture? Dont link? No friends and family members coming over?

Not practical to have wardrobe in bathroom as the humidity from bathroom will cause mould.
