I’m going to Nola in May, I’m 20 and I was told some bars/restaurants sold alcohol to 20 year olds, is that accurate?
Seth Justice not that I’m aware of. We were asked for ID at all bars/restaurants.
At the five minute mark....Coop's. Great place if you're on a budget and don't have the money to pay for some high end restaurants yet you want to sample some seasoned local food.
Never miss Coop's. Every year we go, Coop's is a must. The waitstaff is hilarious, the food is the best, and it's much better on the wallet than overpriced, overhyped Emeril's and such. Do the local food, not the Fodor's favorites.

Curious how you found the weather in June? Going late May/Early June and fearing the worst. How should we pack?
emilio1316 Hi. Thanks for watching. We usually go in August and it’s really hot, but I’m from FL so I’m used to it. I think May and June would be perfect. Shorts and sundresses. Some light layers for evening or if you do anything on the water where there’s a breeze. Bring an umbrella; summer storms pop up quickly. Hope that helps.

It's not all fun and games,just remember Nola is one of the deadliest city's on earth,never stray outside the french quarter alone after dark,don't trust anyone,they will befriend you just to rip you off and kill you,the average 12 year old is packin and will kill just to add a notch on his roster.Don't believe all the hype ,the quarter is full of pickpockets and petty theives,never travel alone in Nola at any time ,make sure your will is complete before you travel there.

Just saw this video after I came back from NOLA last week. Your video just reminded me how great the city is. My regret was drinking/partying too much the night before that my next day I have always woke up with a hungover or I just want to sleep half of the day.

Good tips on places to stay and eat! my only advice (major pet peeve of mine sorry :/) Look at the camera LENS when filming NOT the display. The whole time your looking at yourself and not the lens. I want to feel like your talking to the audience not yourself.
