    I love this video...making syrups is not hard at all, more people should do it...it is great for cakes to add flavor and keep them moist...I love orange blossom water in cold tea....it has a beautiful flavor...Thank yu for this video...stay safe.

    Sherbat for atayef is much lighter than for konafa, but thanks for your instructions. I follow another video where 1:1 sugar to water was advised and it spoiled my konafa (mind you, almost 1 kg of butter thrown to the garbage)

      Stevia is carcinogenic. Use date syrup instead :)

      Yes it doesn't make a difference. Just depends on what you like.

      You can't. Changes the taste... You may skip the lemon juice and it will still taste good..

      I've used lime juice as well. Anything acidic will keep it from crystallizing

      Really? did you use the exact amounts? I just made it now. Try boiling it longer. And it will thicken after it cools down. Good luck
