You often need a syrup as a base ingredient in other recipes. The is a short presentation about how to make your own syrup. I present one basic recipe and show 4 variations that you can use as an ingredient in other recipes.
This is perfect, as I live in the UK and cant get the corn syup here. Perfect for using with making modelling chocolate... Thanks so much.

hello kvalifood. what type of glucose do i need (corn starch, tapioca starch, glutinous starch aka: sticky rice flour, cream of tartaror baking soda powder) for thickness and to prevent the syrup from crystallizing? your response ASAP is greatly appreciated. cheers!

When i try and make syrup for a recipe which says 2 cups sugar and half cup water and after a boil put it in a pan to cool down .but my syrup always always crystallises.please please help me .what i want is a thick syrup which can be moulded when handled.

About 20% - 25% glucose should be fine.

Yes the fourth one will make crystals.
can i add thc kief after it boils to have infused syrup? or will it be better if i infused a VG tincture and added that tincture to the mix instead?

More sugar will always make it thicker.

Try adding some lemon or lime juice to the boiling water 5-15ml). Also 1/4 tsp of food grade citric acid powder. Meant to stop the crystallisation, and preserve the syrup for longer.

how much sugar did you waste all in all?
Suger and water ( only ) can not make correct syrup !! After froze this syrup will be surgery 😂😂, you must added lemon or vinegar while you are cooking the suger and water so the syrup will not come back after frozen it. When froze it you will remember me hahaha
