I came to this realization that using tranquilizers zzz in any form, be it sleep grenades, wu pistol, tranq sniper rifles or sleeping gas air strikes along with reflex mode are essentially easy mode in this game and a good way to fill motherbase up quickly while learning the game. I highly recommend that once a player gets confident in this game and their abilities quickly dismiss all sleep related items from your loadouts (even Quiets sleeping tranq sniper rifle) except for maybe (fob events) Playing non lethal but only having lethal weapons in your loadout(s) gives the game an entirely different feel in my opinion where you actually have to think and strategize a bit more during a mission. And if you are really hard core turn off all huds and markings. Im about 93 percent in completion of this game but stopped utilizing zzz items about 60 percent of the way through and I wished I had played like that from the beginning. Just my opinion and recommendation for anyone finding the game to be too easy.
@@keenices1972 keep doing the top dispatch mission, theres sort of a storyline in of itself, eventually you'll get it but it will take a deceng few missions
I don't know about you all but this new approach to mission structure and such makes you feel like the only metal gear character in the story, like where are the interesting antagonists like fat man who go crazy with modern weaponry and make themselves stand out. Sure we got quiet, liquid, skull face and such but they barely presented us with a threat, just shoot a mini gun and end it. The constant whinnying of miller on the chopper and useless background missions don't really help with that.
Not really since arm and leg shots can still knock out any soldier unless theyre wearing riot gear. Also this is a level 2 renov, a level 7 tranq sniper could knock out most soldiers a few seconds after the first shot hits 😉
Helmets never stopped me from doing anything just need to cycle the ambush of helmets and Riot suits that way you never run out of options to pacify the enemy ~

When I play peace walker on my PSP I always carry the tranq gun and sniper because I would always try to go full stealth. Good times

I like to snipe too but it makes the game too easy. Now Going in with just a handgun is a blast

Why the sniper rifle sounds different? Is it a mod?
yes, its the mgso mod which tries to replicate modern warfare sounds
until they learn your technique & start wearing helmets , yeah you can ambush the helmet deliveries but this only works for a short time
Not really since arm and leg shots can still knock out any soldier unless theyre wearing riot gear. Also this is a level 2 renov, a level 7 tranq sniper could knock out most soldiers a few seconds after the first shot hits 😉

I dislike the higher level sprinting. Looks sped up when you sprint 😅
