I have never experienced such a powerful dream manifesting tool! I've been listening to this tune essentially every night for about 2 months and it has profound affects on my dreaming. Lately it has given me the ability to control my dreams with complete awareness I am dreaming. Pretty wild! I love it!

I’m a student of Don Conreaux, he’s the best!! This is one of the best gong recordings for sleep I’ve found ❤

Thank you for writing to us, we really appreciate feedback from other gong players.
Jurek met Don at one of the first Mind, Body Spirit Festivals at The Royal Agricultural Halls in London in the early 90s and I trained with Don initially in 2012. About three weeks ago we went to an audience with Don and an early 90th birthday concert by the latest gongmaster training students at Hawkwood College, Stroud UK - it was lovely to spend a bit of time with him and Yaelle and meet with other friends from the gong community. On this video Kanti, Anna and I all trained with Don and Aidan McIntyre back in 2012 and Jurek trained with another student of Don's who now runs her own training school.
We will not be playing a puja this year so it seems a little strange but it's always lovely when we are invited to join others. We play regularly in our local community and enjoy the variety of other events we are asked to play - the latest was playing at a pre-wedding celebration in a field under some very old trees for a couple who had invited friends for a wild camping weekend of crafting, sitting round a fire, drumming and a sound bath - it was lovely with the elements blending in as part of the sound, the birdsong, the wind rustling the leaves, haha even a few drops of rain, and the distant barking of a dog.
Wow - travelling the world with your gongs sounds exciting and expanding and we wish you all the best with your adventures - Pam and Jurek 🙏💜 🕉

I think you came to the Guiness World Record attempt at Olympia and if so you were quite close to where Anna and Kanti were playing - we were at the left hand side as you were facing the very large gong from Australia - We have a video of part of that weekend on the channel if you fancy having a look. I loved playing this puja as one of the players Kanti gave me my first ever sound bath which had such a profound effect on my life, Anna one of the other players is a good friend who I did my training with Sheila Whittaker of the College of Sound Healing with and other training since and of course I get to play with my partner Jurek whenever we create group soundscapes out and about in the community. What the differences between gong puja and gong bath?

The differnce is the length, a gong bath is normally about 45 minutes whereas a gong puja is 7.5 hours which is 10 gong baths. Also in a gong bath other instruments are also played for example singing bowls but in a gong puja usualy only gong are played

i dont think foxx mulder would ask such a question! you can hear the vibrations and with a good set of headphones it still sounds pretty intense. We're not all blessed to have somewhere 'local' to enjoy such an experience live so in the meantime i'll listen to something astounding like this.

@@MaryShelleysNib We have a number of people who can't come to the pujas and sound baths due to location / health / family commitments / money and for them this is something they like to listen to. We started recording every gong sound bath we play to listen to for self reflection and learning but over the years people have asked for CDs and or downloads so we decided to put some on UA-cam and Soundcloud
It isn't the same as experiencing a puja or indeed a soundbath first hand but we've done this for people to use for meditation and relaxation in between the times they come along.
