I was there and it was so good (a real sonic massage), I fell asleep! Going to the gong meditations weekly, gong baths monthly and pujas quarterly has changed my life. I still get stressed but nowhere near as much or as bad and it is improving all the time. Highly recommend. 💖🙏

What kind and size of gongs were used? Slept like Magic, then the next morning read this, and now I’m going to gong camp in Woodstock in a few weeks! Yup, I’ve been gonged. ^_^
