I've been coming back to this video for almost a year. My mother passed away in September & I played this for her in the hospital to help calm her mind in hopes that it would manifest in a lower blood pressure. Although she didn't survive I could tell that the sounds soothed her & allowed her to rest her mind. Thats enough to be grateful for.

I struggle with anxiety and insomnia. I have not slept pass 4 hours (those hours are interrupted) in over 12 years despite medical tests, lifestyle changes. You helped me sleep 6 uninterrupted hours last night. I literally want to cry because it’s the first time I’ve felt free in my sleep. Thank you!!!!!
I went to my first sound bath on October 2, 2021. I got tickets back in 2020 and then everything closed. It was at a wolf sanctuary. It was the most incredible thing I have experienced. We were able to meet with wolves, meets the pack and at the end they did a sound bath with the wolves. They loved it! They all were howling in unison and after about 10 minutes they were all passed out next to us. They were so beyond relaxed and so were the people that went. It was the most beautiful experience. I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it. It was with the APEX protection project. I’m going to start volunteering! 🥰🥰

I now just go with it - but I will play these sounds and close my eyes. It often puts me in a half-awake state for another couple hours, enough to help me feel refreshed. I found amazing results in my sleep by taking magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate and I am so grateful 🙏 I learned that a lot of our deficiencies are from our tired soil from over factory farming and magnesium is a big one

My son 6 almost 7 and is autistic. He ran into my room when this started playing. He started imitating meditation positions, so I continued with him. He sat for almost 10 minutes! Which is Amazing! He's sat with me before but never longer than a couple of minutes.

I’m 16 and pregnant with no job and my babydaddy gangbangs and also has no job. I had been abusing drugs prior to finding out I was one month pregnant and I had so much anxiety because of all the thoughts and the scary things that might happen in the future and was in pain mentally and physically but this really helped me out and relaxed me a lot. I did a full moon ritual that included a spiritual bath and meditation. I played this the whole time and it really helped me. I meditated with lapis lazuli stone and I felt and saw myself as a bright blue glowing light. I’ve never been able to meditate to the point where I saw myself and felt as if I could actually “feel” color. Idk how to explain it but I thank you for this video.

It's millions of fake accounts that spam thumbing up and commenting for money, or misinformation attacks,,etc. For the accounts to not be detected by UA-cam's spam account security algorithm, they thumb down a whole bunch of different vids to try and stay under the radar for longer. That sound is somehow life-changing for me... I literally feel like my body is being energetically cleansed even tho it's online. I poison my soul with so many toxic thoughts and feelings on a daily basis due to severe anxiety, depression, heartbreak... I try constantly to calm my mind with ASMR and spiritual stuff. I wonder if this will work for thunderstorms for my dog. He absolutely can't stand them and is always shaking and inconsolable until it's over. I thought he would grow out of it but no, he's 11 years old this December and still cowers and shakes at them.
It’s incredible how closing your eyes and listening to soundbowls can completely change your energy… you can go from being mad, stressed, frustrated, to complete calmness. Take it a step further and imagine positive images/ experiences and then before you know it, your beyond calm.

I went to a singing bowl sound bath, a few months back. It was fabulous, because I could feel the vibrations going through my body. When you are there in person, the vibrations from the bowls, can actually break up knots that are causing pain in your body. It was a wonderful experience. I will be doing it again, soon.
Yeah I was just in a sound bath for a school shooting recovery on Wednesday and it was amazing! The person let us try the instruments as well and the vibration from the bowl really felt soothing.
Was just in a huge fight with family & was feeling really overwhelmed with headaches but after awhile of listening & doing breathing techniques I’m finally feeling better 😌 wanted to share cause I feel like this is such a safe place for people who are feeling uneasy or just going through things in general so thank you for this 🙏🏼
I have had a very tough time these past few months from accepting my friend was dead, coming out of the broom closet, my depression only getting worse, my parents separation, but the most painful being losing the man I loved most. I have been losing sleep since this quarantine staying up all night (as I have tonight), and thinking about how I a person brought to this planet as a healer could heal if I was so broken. This may sound stupid to some but hearing this helped balance and heal my chakra. I feel strangely at peace. Something I haven't felt for a long time. Thank you. Blessed Be

Been going through a rough time and i laid on the floor and closed my eyes for 10 minutes listening to this and burst into the calmest tears. When i was done , i feel lighter and calm.
I haven’t meditated in over 3 years. I lost myself to my depression and drinking. They have not been the greatest years. Lately ive been experiencing anxiety and i decided it was time to reconnect with myself. I shed tears unconsciously and i feel lighter and less anxious. I now just go with it - but I will play these sounds and close my eyes. It often puts me in a half-awake state for another couple hours, enough to help me feel refreshed. I did a full moon ritual that included a spiritual bath and meditation. I played this the whole time and it really helped me. I meditated with lapis lazuli stone and I felt and saw myself as a bright blue glowing light. I’ve never been able to meditate to the point where I saw myself and felt as if I could actually “feel” color. Idk how to explain it but I thank you for this video.

I wonder if this will work for thunderstorms for my dog. He absolutely can't stand them and is always shaking and inconsolable until it's over. I thought he would grow out of it but no, he's 11 years old this December and still cowers and shakes at them.

I went to a singing bowl sound bath, a few months back. It was fabulous, because I could feel the vibrations going through my body. When you are there in person, the vibrations from the bowls, can actually break up knots that are causing pain in your body. It was a wonderful experience. I will be doing it again, soon.

I have had a very tough time these past few months from accepting my friend was dead, coming out of the broom closet, my depression only getting worse, my parents separation, but the most painful being losing the man I loved most. I have been losing sleep since this quarantine staying up all night (as I have tonight), and thinking about how I a person brought to this planet as a healer could heal if I was so broken.
