It's after three am here in Maine,usa and I'm struggling with panic and anxiety,PTSD,insomnia,depression and copd,I'm trying to turn my life over to God and get baptized before I die,but I can't even shower or go into the bathroom without having a panic attack and they are nonstop day and night,I pray and beg for forgiveness and I can't even function to do much of anything,this music helps me a good bit but I can't listen to it twenty four seven,but I'm grateful for any bit of relief it does give me thank you very much and please pray for me.❤

I have unbearable panic and anxiety,for four years,I wake up in panic and it never stops,it might ease up a half hour or hour and it's right back,all I can do is cry and pray,but it won't leave me,this music helps a bit sometimes better than others,but I am thankful for any relief.thank you
