Really enjoyed this 👌 Tight marking is something I rarely use but I'm going to look into it more as you shown in the match just what can happen when it's effective. The only other thing I sometimes do is put easy tackling on high bravery players. But the weaker foot one is usually the first thing I do look at.
Interesting, I tend to use opposition instructions selectively so I don't pull my players away from the roles I want them to play (i e. If i have a wing back who is high up the pitch, I maybe wouldn't them to worry about tightly marking the opposition winger as that could pull them 10-15 yards deeper than I want them to be). That's probably a better approach for a team expecting to dominate, which is NOT the case for my team so I might have to look at opposition instructions a little more and stop trying to impose my style on the game so much.
liking most of them however I believe you shouldn't give the weak foot to wingers when it is the inside foot. it will open up the game for them and make things more difficult for defense to deal with. On wingers, I only give weak foot when it is the outside one. Else just keep it in neutral
I like that very wise. What I normally see is players trying to cut back on their stronger foot and my defender gets in the way to block it or gets the tackle in. Totally understand your point though it makes a lot of sense

So if I want to replicate the Arsenal type press. Do I want a high line and to be targeting the defence?
Yes get your wingers and striker pressing the defence.
