    Chronic heart disease is a silent killer. After suffering myself, and recovering I have decided that should this channel succeed to dedicate it to raising money for heart disease research which amazingly is largely funded by donations.
    Help me to help others who will suffer in the future by watching, liking, and commenting and if you do this only once you will go a long way to raising awareness and to hopefully in the future raising as much money as possible for this very worthy cause. It happened to me. It can happen to anyone!

      @@fm-oldmanphil I do think you understand it quite well as your results speak for itself :)
      Do you bother with customizing the training? Or do you just let you assistant handle that?

      @@misterblort thank you. in terms of the off the field stuff I just let the staff do it. If I wasn't doing UA-cam I would do it all but time restraints make it impossible. I also think it's perhaps more realistic to allow the staff to do their jobs, rather than just look yourself for wonderkids. I will oversee and instruct the staff where necessary. I will be responsible for hiring the DOF, Head of youth development, technical director, Chief scout, Loan Manager and asst Manager. Then let them do their jobs. Why buy a dog and bark yourself lol. So for time and realism let them do their jobs and I will only need to worry about performance and team dynamics.

    Great video again . Have you done any on a low league cup run . Seams to me a cup run is more important than winning the league in low league

      I haven't done one of those. Not sure I could apply any rules to that. Obviously very important as money is the most important thing in lower leagues. Might be worth looking at when I get a moment. Thank you so much for your kind feedback

      I always use the same opposition instructions. Doesn't matter what tactic. These instructions are for individual players and not the team. I don't use pressing traps. I don't think they work very well.
      Thanks for your kind words my friend

    Can you make a vid about setting up a team play style? Attacking.

    • @fm-oldmanphil
      @fm-oldmanphil  Рік тому +2

      yes I will mate...I was already thinking about doing one about adapting a tactic to the vision you have in your mind of how you want the team to play...no problem mate

    I think overload would be a better one for O because you already did a vid like this

    • @fm-oldmanphil
      @fm-oldmanphil  Рік тому

      I think you are right....I did a similar video a while back but since then made a few changes to what I do but overload is a good idea. I have a video dropping today in the series about creating a style of play...which involves creating overloads...but each letter is not exhaustive...some letters will have more than others. Thank you so much for your feedback and I will add your suggestion to the list
