Citroen C3 Pollen filter swimming in water

Car in for MOT, A new customer who’s coming to us for the 1st time.
Whist doing the MOT Darren was getting water drips and couldn’t at first see where upon further inspection the ‘bulk head’ is like a pond, full from one end to the other and as can be seen the pollen filter is swimming in water, there was some wild life swimming in there, this is not the idea situation.
We cleared the drain holes and fitted a new pollen filter before handing it back to the customer. If you’ve not had your car serviced for a while, then you may have a similar situation happening especially if you park near trees?
