Dear Oliver, Wanted to thank you for your awesome HIIT workouts. I’m a 50 year old grandfather, Who had gotten lazy during Covid. Thanks to you I have been consistent in working out at least 3 times a week and eating an honest balanced diet for 7 months and lost 20+ pounds. I recommend your workouts to everyone when they ask what I do for workouts. My son is now on board and has lost 20 lbs of his own and counting. 😅

Hello Oliver, I was going to do this workout in the morning but I just noticed this is not all standing like the title mentions. The move at time 4:38, 11:36, and 12:50 are in the plank position. I still have left tennis elbow so I can't do this one. I love your workouts and will find another one to do! Thanks so much always for your great workouts!
