I'm born and raised here and 8 million for this house is OUTRAGEOUS in so many ways and the only reason they do this is just because all of the country music artist that live here and the fact that big money moves to the city drawing up prices that even the middle/ lower class can't survive... But hey if you got it buy it!!!!

I think it's worth 8milion, I don't think the price is outrageous. This is a very big house and the top of the line luxury, not just normal luxury. If this house was in Cali with that size land, it would be $40 million. Many celebrity houses which is far more expensive doesn't even look this good. I just wish this house was in Texas, I don't think I'd wanna live in Tennessee in the middle of nowhere. But this house would also be too much to keep clean as it's so huge, I'd need a cleaning crew.
The house is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it. Thats how markets work.
I like to visualize myself walking around inside the house when I see this type of videos, you know just to play the game, feel alive, to get by.

i have no words besides 'Wow'. one of the most beutiful homes I have ever seen. Everything is so homely, modern and warm. Lightening, structure, space. They utilized every space to be functional without making the house looking ridiculously big for no reason. the kitchen is to die for and the main bedroom is a dream. 100/10
If I'm paying $8m for a home, my closest neighbor better be 15+ acres away. And no HOA. Pretty home though!

This is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. Love the color palette and flow of the house. The only thing I would do different is reconfigure the primary bedroom to have a fireplace. I think that should be standard for homes in this price range.

I would also put a countertop over the washer/dryer. We have that in our house. It provides a flat large surface for folding clothes and looks neater than just a washer/dryer placed in the room...I would expect more for a house in this price point.
@@user-ts2lp2wh3y you have a whole countertop in front of the windows, did you not see it? Countertops on top of the washer dryer makes you have to bend over, which can be a problem when you get older. Side by side washer dryer with storage stilts and countertop surface for folding somewhere in the laundry room would be most ideal - at least for me.
@@nicoles9077 The counter space by the window is fantastic. I was more considering the setup of the W/D specifically, how it looks unfinished. I haven’t considered raising them on a platform yet which you are correct, would look nice and be more accessible as the resident ages. I might still complete the look with a countertop or perhaps a butcher block style would be lovely as well.
You ever see something and it's not about the money AT ALL. It's about how it makes you feel? This house is right out of my dreamscape. When you demand peace over opulence THIS IS IT!!!...... THIS!...... Liked, Subscribed!!
Never ceases to amaze me. People mention inflation is high, recession is coming, yet on every 1 of these home channels on yt some rich people done carved out a whole new neighborhood to build million $ homes 🤔
While watching, I was imagining having guests in the house entertaining them and having a good time. I was having a hard time choosing which room I will have, they are all amazing. I really like how bright and cozy every area of the house. I will definitely copy some of the layout of the house once I build one in the future. Loved it!

I was imagining that as well but I was also imagining having a couple that were actually security but pretending to be husband and wife because I wouldn't trust my friends in that house
The best room is the one at the bottom with the woven basket finishes.

The size of the home is not overwhelming, and the color combination fits perfectly. These homes are spacious from the other homes since they are not too close together. Color combinations are great. Each room has its own unique design.

Beautiful. But it’s a pitty Enes didn’t do it because he at least shows it all. This guy missed so much we didn’t get to see. ie: above the porte cochère and the I’m assuming what might be a guest house to the side of it? Also the garage and courtyard, and is there a room above the garage? The height at least indicates there would be space for one? So many questions left unanswered. You effectively missed two entire wings of the property.

Couple things I found,
1. There are too many tiny halfways
2. Small rooms.
3. Shue moldings give cheap look for baseboards.
For what you get, this is by far the nicest home I have ever seen! This home has many of the features I would want in my dream home: For starters the porte coche where you literally drive your car through your house. Next it has tons of natural light let in by the many windows. Another detail I love about homes is that you can see the backyard from the front door. Also, its thin, in other words its spread out side to side, so when you walk in the front door, the distance to the backyard is very minimal. Much more I could say but one other feature I love is when homes wrap around the pool or backyard, its like the house is giving the backyard a hug. For those of you who can afford this price range, you don't need a stupid spiral staircase to welcome you or granite everything, you need this house.

I don't like everything in a house too shiny, and marble everything because it no longer feels cozy and like a home. This home is perfect the way it is.
