For a house this large it still feels cozy. Being able to accomplish such a warm feel is very impressive. Great build and design. I can most certainly see why this home is #1 in home design.
Floorplan at 1:17, 10:47, 14:41, 20:24. Looks nice bit not worth the high price without some land included. Love the sectional. Dining room is odd. Love the extended mudroom/laundry AND upstairs laundry. Another house in need of an elevator.
It is definitely one of the best designs I’ve seen . I would absolutely enjoy every minute in that space, it feels like it flows through out, perfectly balanced and not to uncomfortably big. We’ll done to the design team.👏🏻
Wow that home and floor plan are amazing and so beautiful. The one thing I saw was so smart that every builder should do is install a drain in the middle of the the floor inside the laundry room as a safety measure if it ever gets full of water.
The glass wall closing off the wet space of the tub and shower is brilliant. Plus you can fill the tub to the brim with no worries about the spillover.
there's also two showerheads there. the only problem i have is, you better have the bedroom door locked because those bathroom slider doors don't offer much privacy, and you can see into the shower/tub through the mirror directly from entering that bedroom door, so kids might get an eye full if the entire family isn't careful lolol. i'll bet number one house rule in this house is "DONT ENTER THE PARENTS' BEDROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING" but, i also saw a switch on the wall beside the glass "wall" and i've seen in other bathrooms like this, there's a switch that makes the glass turn foggy or translucent, so it's possible this had that feature he just didn't show it... if that's the case, this would truly be the perfect bathroom.
@@tirkentube That fog feature was in the Bentley years ago, and I think I've also seen it Japanese public bathrooms. Great observations. You should show houses.
fantastic video Everybody wants to be financially independent and live a better life. With savvy investing, an inexpensive lifestyle, and diligent budgeting, this is not difficult to do. I'm glad I realised early on that achieving financial freedom requires hard work.
My belief is that making a wise investment is a fantastic way to save money for the future as well as a way to generate passive income. Those who make poor mistakes early in life regret them later in life. But, if done alone, investing may be challenging and risky. For this reason, I suggest consulting experts for advice (financial advisors). The difficulty lies in effectively employing it, not just watching videos and reading investing books.
Sincerely, I'm genuinely moved by what you said. I have a seizable amount of money that I am willing to invest if given the appropriate knowledge and I am highly interested in investing. My greatest concern is losing money on a bad investment. I'm open to hearing your advice on how to make sensible investments as a result.

I love how this home has so many options to the floor plans. A couple things I would change. That see-through fireplace seems fun unless you're not using it. Then it's just a source of cold air. There should be an outside shutter or something to seal it off when not in use (99% of time). On that same back porch the BBQ grill is too near the door. One good gust of wind and the house fills with smoke the second someone walks outside. The downstairs bar needs a microwave or something for snacks. It has a dishwasher but no snacks? Add a stove and you have the downstairs Italian kitchen. Ask any Italian. There's no full bath on the main floor. Every main floor should have a full bath. It should be part of the mud room. You're covered in mud, you need a bath, and there's the washer/dryer. ~~ Definitely keep the master bath tub/shower room. Jessica Alba has something like this and she loves it. The master bath water closet is too pinchy. I get claustrophobia just looking at it. Needs to be a good 25% wider. Why so tight? I'm glad you don't need to go through the master bath to get to a closet. I never liked that concept. The next bed ruins it for me. If I'm on the toilet I'm locking the door. I don't want to hear you banging on the door complaining how you desperately need my sweater right now.
That by far is the Nicest House I've seen ! I Love the individual rooms and not an open floor plan. I love all the Fireplaces,it gets down right cold in Pennsylvania. I just love that house
There is no greater freedom than handing back the key to a airbnb apartment knowing someone else has to maintain it. If you enjoy renovating and decorating then perhaps home ownership is for you. For me, property is another way we get tied down and outside of exceptional cases I'd rather invest in Stocks/REITS to get exposure to realestate.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

This is certainly a beautiful house and possibly my favorite that you have walked through. I would choose a few different options here or there, but I like the choice of finishes used throughout the house. There does seem to be an overabundance of eating spots. There's an eight top in the dining room. Another eight top in the sunroom off the kitchen. A six top in the hearth room and yet another eight top on the deck outside. That's a lot of choices just to eat. It is a big, spacious house. Thanks for the walk through.
Rich people like to entertain. If I had this kinda money Id be throwing massive parties, but just having all of my family over we would use all of those seats...
Hi Tim,Jen,and boys. What a gorgeous home outside and in. Perfectly designed and decorated. This is a toss up between the first one. I’m leaning more towards this one. They designed a perfect home! This is a wow wow wow home. It’s perfect!
That thing on the sink that you didn’t want to break looks like those cup cleaners that bars usually have that shoot water up into cups really quick. Been seeing those options lately in homes.
I like this home a lot. I don’t think I would need this exact one by no means but to get something similar in a smaller version would be like my dream home, no joke.
“… even if I couldn’t afford this in a million years” well I hope u live to see a million cuz u sure do deserve all the beautiful things in this life that you desire. Thanks for sharing the video ❤
It’s beautiful. I’m actually in the process of looking for a custom home builder to bring our blueprint to life. I will definitely add infinity to the list of possible companies to work with. Thank you for the upload.
This is one of the best home designs I have seen for sure. Just the beautiful look as you walk through and the confronting view feel like I'm home already. Thank you for sharing this video and look forward to your next video.
The floor plan actually isn’t optimal for my taste but I do understand its appeal. My favorite home is one where there are no pocket or sliding doors, garages are not visible from the front elevation, the kitchen and breakfast room are not visible from the entryway/foyer or any “formal” front room, the master suite is on the main level apart from kids and guest rooms, the main laundry room is adjacent to master and a small washer/dryer condo-sized unit room (or vice versa since kids generate more laundry!). The sharp corners and walls in this home surprised me-very angular looking; perhaps bullnosed wall joins are no longer in vogue but I prefer the softness they give the home.
@EnigMa AGODAMi do you type with your face? Also, I just think that an elevation without a garage looks more expensive...think of old stately homes vs. everyday suburbia and cookie cutter mcmansions.
Very cool floorplan! Beautiful use of stone & wood accents. I’m an outdoor girl so I’m loving the two decks 😍 dual fireplace is very neat. Love the downstairs bar area! Needs an induction cooktop though so you can whip up some Mac and cheese or popcorn for the kiddos. I think the pantry is a tad small, but I guess all the cabinets in the kitchen make up for it. Kind of a bummer there is no bedroom on the main floor. But I see that the hearth room can be optioned in as a bedroom so that’s good. Many people have elderly parents living with them whom can’t climb stairs :) I love the mix and match colors of cabinetry throughout the home. It makes it feel less builder basic. That black disc thing by the kitchen sink is a pop up tower of power btw 😉
This place is ginormous. Gonna need a housekeeper. I would repurpose some of those rooms that have dining tables. Too many tables. Gonna need wait staff too lol.
This basically takes the mid-century modern layout and architecture and adds a craftsman style cladding. I like it. The only downside to this kind of home is that layout almost demands a view, so plopping it down in a track plot is problematic unless you really like seeing your neighbors.
@mr.blonde7812 That's a stretch. Open floor plans are not unique to mid-century modern, nor FLW. Certainly not "pure". This is just the most elaborate cookie-cutter collage of HGTV accoutrement, the illogical end to an era of schizophrenic style merging for buyers with no specific tastes.
The exquisite home design showcased in this video perfectly reflects the kind of beauty and craftsmanship we strive for in our CLT modular homes. Truly breathtaking. 🤗
CLT is on a whole new level of strenght , precision and airtightness than traditional framing. It would be cool to see these types of buildings in this new material.
It is definitely an interesting home. The only issue for me would be that it isn’t livable for most elderly people. Move the primary suite to the main level or add an elevator.
I love the idea of a tasting and wine room on the main floor. It would be fabulous for entertainment. It could even be set up as a prep station for catering events by making the counter a full depth counter adding electrical giving you the option of a couple of portable induction cooktops and an air fryer oven. You could even go as far as to place a parking pad at the side of the house for a catering truck to supply the service during events. Seen that done on a couple of executive homes. Food could be prepped while leaving the main kitchen area as part of the buffet service. and leaving the great room free to allow guests to circulate between the prep kitchen for hot foods and the buffet on the island for cold foods. I think I would have changed that closet with the internet gear into a full telecom closet and put all the media equipment into it for the entire house. You would need to bring the depth to 40" and adding six inches to the width to allow access to the back of a telecom cabinet and upgrade the electrical to handle a UPS to ensure power in the event of an outage to keep internet up and running and all media services available until an emergency generator comes online.
It’s kind of amazing how differently people view design. It’s a nice house but it feels strange to me with all the walls that don’t help flow at all and eliminate light unnecessarily. To each his own I guess
Because I've evidently been watching too many true crime stories and too many programs about creepers who are caught on doorbell cameras trying to break into people's houses, I foresee problems with that two-sided fireplace. One side opens into the living room and the other side opens onto the back porch and it seems to me that some enterprising young burglar could come onto the back porch and crawl THROUGH the fireplace and have easy access to the house. The only way to prevent that would be to keep a fire burning 100% of the time which I don't think anyone would do. As much as I might like the idea, I don't think I would go with this particular design feature. Did I miss something that would make this impossible?
Glass panels inside & outside of the fireplace. Without something like that, all of your heating & cooling would simply flow out of the house unchecked. Wouldn't want that.
Remodeling magizine had an article on callbacks.. And valleys were at the top of the list.. Things to avoid to make monies as a contractor should have read it
Problem here: I use to want anywhere to live with lots of windows and sunlight, which this has+. Problem is, it also makes the home extremely vulnerable if something wants to get in, so having to say a no-go here. Security is going to be a must shortly, and this home wouldn't offer it to those determined to get in. God bless all. Pretty design for a simpler and safer time.
This time of year, and at ground level entrances; Don't forget to put up annual snow fences. You would have to live in the area to fully understand how dicey it can get "IN MARS". 🎄🦌
How about this one!!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Features! The double sided fireplace is one of the features I've been wanting...
Hi Tim,Jen,and boys. What a gorgeous home outside and in. Perfectly designed and decorated. This is a toss up between the first one. I’m leaning more towards this one. They designed a perfect home! This is a wow wow wow home. It’s perfect!
Definitely a house for someone who loves to host dinner parties. Love it.
That thing on the sink that you didn’t want to break looks like those cup cleaners that bars usually have that shoot water up into cups really quick. Been seeing those options lately in homes.
That’s exactly what it is. I’ve been installing a lot of those in remodels and new construction.
@@Payton_ohare they actually cleaners or rinsers? When I see them at bars they give a clean glass a rinse before drafting a beer into it.
💡 *(**6:27** - **6:42**) NexT time incLudE a tiMeSTaMp.!!!* 😒
Honestly this is the best design I’ve seen so far. The design team did a really good job 👍🏻
This was a beauty thank you Timothy
❤️Its a large home and yet so cozy ❤️ I would love to have this home.
Such a beautiful home inside and out. Such a vibe!
WOW that home is HUGE! Very unique floor plan, very nice.
I like this home a lot. I don’t think I would need this exact one by no means but to get something similar in a smaller version would be like my dream home, no joke.
that's what I call a McMansion!
I have seen these homes in real
Life and they are INDEED a sight to see, even if you are in the industry of building, they are simply breath taking.
The basement could be another home. ☺️
The layout is absolutely amazing and the master bedroom and bathroom is very smooth.
Absolutely incredible home - love every inch of it!❤😍❤😍
I love that you show the floor plans. Excellent tour
Absolutely stunning! ❤️
A bit much for my family of two, but so enjoyable to tour! Thanks for this fantastic video!
Looks like a beautiful mix of modern and craftsman
Why is this video being suggested to me? I’m not a millionaire and live nowhere near Pennsylvania. I just barely make ends meet.
Just to torment you 😅😅😅
So that we'll buy more lottery tickets, in the hopes that we'll eventually win then be able to buy a house like this.
The UA-cam algorithm is why
😂😂😂 have some faith
I was searching for freezer reviews. UA-cam then recommended kitchen remodel videos. Now it's model home tours.
“… even if I couldn’t afford this in a million years” well I hope u live to see a million cuz u sure do deserve all the beautiful things in this life that you desire. Thanks for sharing the video ❤
Spectacular! I couldn't imagine needing more than this if I was a billionaire.
It’s beautiful. I’m actually in the process of looking for a custom home builder to bring our blueprint to life. I will definitely add infinity to the list of possible companies to work with. Thank you for the upload.
What a gorgeous home. Look at the ideal kitchen. Almost makes me want to move to PA.
This is a hulking McMansion. Big for the sake of being big. If you wanna see real architecture, go to the local project on UA-cam.
A beautiful home. Complements to the designer and the interior decorator. It’s the furniture and use of the space that makes it spectacular! Nicely.
I need that sign at 3:39! That’s awesome
If I don't get my small French chateau, this is what I will buy! Gorgeous, thanx Timothy!
This is too much house for me personally, but that’s beautiful property. Even with all the rooms and walls, it flows.
Wow I love all bedrooms on same floor except for optional one in basement… great showing!
Hands down my favorite design this year!! The layout is BOSS!
This is one of the best home designs I have seen for sure. Just the beautiful look as you walk through and the confronting view feel like I'm home already. Thank you for sharing this video and look forward to your next video.
Feels more like IKEA staging rooms
Love the kitchen and the color of the cabinets in the kitchen looked really nice.
Blegh, yes, can't stand a garage I can see from the front!
LOL
@@saltylikesalineicurn 👀 *And why is thaT eXacTLy.?!? DeTaiLsMaTTeR.!!* 😒
@EnigMa AGODAMi do you type with your face? Also, I just think that an elevation without a garage looks more expensive...think of old stately homes vs. everyday suburbia and cookie cutter mcmansions.
You described my house identically, other than the laundry room is connected off of the mud room nowhere near the master
Bro! The outside detail is freaking sick. I love it. 😮
This basically takes the mid-century modern layout and architecture and adds a craftsman style cladding. I like it. The only downside to this kind of home is that layout almost demands a view, so plopping it down in a track plot is problematic unless you really like seeing your neighbors.
Literally nothing in this house is mid century modern.
@@snorecore814 you quite literally have no idea what you're talking about.
@@mr.blonde7812Name one mid-century element.
@@Johnmtankard just one? Okay. The wide open floor plan flow is pure Frank Lloyd Wright MCM.
You would need an 8ft utility ladder to reach your kitchen cabinets.
It's such a massive house, this video was overwhelming
It is definitely an interesting home. The only issue for me would be that it isn’t livable for most elderly people. Move the primary suite to the main level or add an elevator.
This is by far my favorite house ive seen
Your video panning motions are so smooth, thank you!
It’s kind of amazing how differently people view design. It’s a nice house but it feels strange to me with all the walls that don’t help flow at all and eliminate light unnecessarily. To each his own I guess
It’s easy to be amazed at the face value of a home and not realize all its flaws
Holy cow! This is the most beautiful home I’ve ever seen 😍
Good work with the camera, showing the viewer each room in relation to the layout of the house. Not enough creators putting emphasis on that.
This home is absolutely beautiful 🌸💜
You're joking right? There should be a picture of this place under the definition for McMansion.
We used to live in Mars. My favorite place we lived. Beautiful home.
Wow, one of the most perfect homes I've seen. I'd happily get them to build this in the UK for me
Still somehow feels McMansion-y
Man this was like the most amazing full filled home i have ever seen
So tired of building and seeing these giant gaudy McMansions.
This is pretty! Pretty Expensive $$$$
Nice Kitchen love the appliances and cabinetry for sure!
Be way easier to go through the giant windows next to it
I'm in love with that kitchen
All the motivational slogans are a little “live, laugh, love”. Otherwise I like it.
Agree. Looks tacky
Hi, are you coming up with total square footage including the basement ?
Thank you.
Homes this big feel commercial. Not homey.
Size isn’t the problem, design is.
Pretty design for a simpler and safer time.
why will security be a must shortly?
This time of year, and at ground level entrances;
Don't forget to put up annual snow fences.
You would have to live in the area to fully understand how dicey it can get "IN MARS". 🎄🦌
