I find it absurdly difficult almost like way too difficult to get author. Medals like gold medals aren't too bad, but Arthur metals seem very very unrealistically difficult. The author medals are the times the person who made the track got before they published it, so they're already going to be hard to get. Some of those times come after hours of practice on just that track. And you've only just got the game, getting golds is actually really good
I recommend practicing with adventure mode and checking Warcans Author times helps earn the mechanics! I also sucked a lot, took like three full days to get the first ATs :")
@@jickhertz4124 I play the game casually what you just explained seems to sweaty for it to be fun for me my goal isnt to be the fastest anyways Its just to have fun and chill out Edit: By this I mean I play the adventure mode maps only and im not even that far into it with nearing 6hrs of playtime
@@jickhertz4124 Adventure mode is what's ive been mostly doing. But every now and then I'll jump into some random public lobby titles, "For new player" or "Easy levels."
What about doing checkpoints in the order 3,4,5, 1,2, 6? You get from the start to 3 via the curved wall under the car park with the tree on top. See 21:36. From 5 to 1 is just a trivial jump off around (maybe over?) the bushes, whichever way allows you to get into the wall ride to 2. See 21:04. And then from 2 to 6, ...you'd figure it out.
Yeah, I saw that too... Go up and grab what he usually has as the second to last checkpoint as the first, jump off, go through the map as he does, and then just skip that loop with the broken road piece entirely.
I just bought the game. And I'm slowly teaching myself how to track build. I hope I get to the level you are at some day and also make tracks with hidden cheeses that frustrate people.
I think dapper missed one right after the first checkpoint. Go off into grass and go towards the second checkpoint It looks like you will then be on a more direct line to the under the road check point.
I believe there might be 5 or more because of that turn skip after the last car that you did, but said it wasn't good. I think it just needs to be practiced.
I guess these would technically be called paper cuts
