You know, hearing "breaking is lame." so makes me want to see an "infinity track" where you jump over the finish unless you break hard and drop into it... but you can't see the finish... so the instinct is to hit the booster, jump the gap, land on the track and keep racing...
Would need to be hidden really well, because if someone crashes, they often find the finish. But the Idea is REALLY good ^^ (especially now, with the logic, there's even bigger potential)
@@lavarsch just have to remember to disable the spectator camera... That said. not really, you could even hide a last checkpoint near the gate... so they have to break hard... drop down onto a track opening covered by a pass through block, land on the exit run pipe, hit the last check point, then the finish. and if someone dies and flies in... hey, they found the exit, now they have to remember which of the 3 jumps the exit was on :) AND where to break. how slow they have to break to get into the tunnel for the exit. but yep. a track... where you MUST break to complete it.
@@Reegeed yeah but falling can randomly happen... having to actually think and break. LOL. especially for Kan and warcans who love to say they never break.
I'm not sure that was a real cheese. Sure it was hidden, but it didn't blatantly cut the time and it wasn't easy to execute. It was a fair shortcut imo.
It is a cheese. Without this cheese, people would be forced to land and complete an unskippable route that would make sure you need to land into the train. With enough practice, gliding ahead of the train is much faster. Think about what KaN mentioned in the video, too. The map should be traversable without having to brake, hence getting a faster finish; And this cheese solves that.
Being new to the game... I need a Dapper tutorial level... that has like ALL mechanics ever in the game, and it teaches you them. Everything from bubblies to ice to speed checks, to knowing when to use arms up or not to use it, etc..
Would be cool if they were all the most common things found in levels. It starts off easy and progressively repeats those mechanics, but each repetition they get slowly harder and harder until they're like... WarZoMaki hard. XD
What a freakin' cool course! I love that Zeepkist keeps getting these new features and mechanics. I've been trawling through your old videos; pretty amazing the amount of course variety you've all managed to get from even just the pre-v16 stuff. Keep it up!
I was assuming that the bridge checkpoint was optional, and that the tunnel curved under and hit it again as the final checkpoint. You can get away with some interesting loopbacks because checkpoints go invisible after you collect them.
I liek the way that Dapper says, Oh btw theres a secret shortcut he only knows about. We know ! its the same every track, you make a cheese / shortcut you only know about that is the norm.
I think KAN just tried to do Dapper's cheese backwards. You can see a checkpoint ring to the right in the end of the inverted flying section, leading backwards. He was so close but yet so far away.
As for how Yannic could beat the train. First off: Skill, the track has many precise tricks and turns. For me the part in the mountain was brutal. Not losing speed in the wallride turns and the transfer between them was a pain, and then the inverted ramp kinda threw me in unexpected directions sometimes. My success rate was maybe 10% with enough speed to maybe beat the train. But I think there is a bit of RNG as well. Sometimes I almost did it while I was only 0.8s faster than my reference, other times I was 1.3 ahead and couldn't make it. One time the train was even missing it's locomotive.
All it took fir me to realise this is a dutch game is “nij--“ on that blue board, which is Nijmegen on a dutch road board. This caused me to search for the game name which is: Zeepkist, thats a dutch name for a handmade vehicle.

i had similar idea but instead of breaking you need to jump off the track and fall for long enough

A cheese is supposed to be an unintended shortcut
So, dapper never made actual cheese when he calls them cheeses
oh no not again
He calls it a cheese because he hides it. Everyone calls it a cheese cuz they have to find it.
He got 5 secs faster which is pretty significant imo

Hey! Thank you so much!
Zeepkist needs moving checkpoints cuz you could TOTALLY recreate the flying levels of Spyro in this game now. Like. SO EASILY.
Imagine the cheese....
When dapper can’t do his own cheese:
Thanos: “Pathetic”
"bro is at the store and doesn't know what cheese to buy" - Kosmo 2024
I want that Tshirt with the Zeepkist logo 😂
"Hmmmmm HHhhnmmmaybe" - Famous words from Dapper when the cheese is found.
This is one of the coolest tracks you have ever made. It was a joy to watch.
Bad Dapper, you didn't put a clip of the shortcut completion at the end...
he did the shortcut fine though, he just screwed up riding through the tunnel at the end which is nothing to do with the shortcut
@@AshEshyr thats the exact thing i wanted to see but got denied
Great track, just unfortunate that the cheese didn't work out. I do love the last minute cheese wins. Better luck next time!
Congrats Yannic for the Epic Win! Great track Dapper, elaborate skill based minor "cheese"
we need more skill cuts like this
Happy Independence Day Dapper. Thank you for the shows, and the time to make them.
fantastic track :) fantastic people!
Surprised to see the vid got uploaded 14 minutes ago. Eversince I watched one of your vids YT recommendations have been from years ago

What an amazing track! And I'm happy that the cheese is not too stinky.
The paragliding might be what finally convinces me to get the game. That looks so nice to control
Oh I enjoyed this one. Nice track, Dapper!
That cheese is INSANE! Well played
He dapper you should combine all of your old tracks together to make the omega track
Very cool map!
😃👍
With this new update, your crew should bring back themed track builds!
Is Yannic also Fiets?
That was a really nice cheese.
V16 was made for Dapper cheese
This is the best track you ever build!
Always a good day when dapper uploads ❤
I liek the way that Dapper says, Oh btw theres a secret shortcut he only knows about. We know ! its the same every track, you make a cheese / shortcut you only know about that is the norm.
This reminds me of the secret flying levels in Spyro the dragon
We need a final run to show us the time when the cheese is done correctly. Sure we saw the cheese, but not the finish.
Failing to cheat with a secret paraglider shortcut
Can not do own cheese again.
Well it's nice seeing the rest of the track. I had the hardest time with this one. DNF
I miss this
That was Dapper's cheese. But what was kAN's "Backwards" Cheese? And How was Yannick beating the train without the cheese?

Most definitely train.

Hey @Jannik, Would be cool if one can link checkpoints to create alternative routes → 1 > 2 > 3a / 3b > 4a / 4b > 5 > F
So..... with logic stuff being a thing.. could you do an actual marble run track?
Since the backrooms spawns with in the level you should do a backrooms map
Like number 21. Earliest ive been to a Dapper video
Your 5th
dapper i made a track collection in zeepkist the name is my best tracks by hihevest can you play all 11 tracks with your friends please :)
Do you live stream
