You need to make a track like this where the final cheese is only available if you did the first part of the map normal. So people focused on finding the other cheeses won't be able to find it

Literally, maki had no time before that, and boom, a second after he showed the cheese, maki grabs the podium.
Dapper needs to make the shortcut unlocked by knocking haybales in a certain order
@MarkkuS no he had a time, like 45 something. What maki does is sets a banger time in first or second run, and spends all the time looking for cheese and sets a record time at the end

Neato track. I love the vibe you guys have racing around.
Because everyone was doing the reverse cheese, if you put a hidden booster in the section on the normal route that people skip, you could double cheese them and go faster than the cheese... nobody would realise :)
But people WOULD realize when they are doing their first few normal runs before seeing the normal shortcut

I don't normally watch build sections either, but that's mainly because Dapper doesn't include build sections.
Why not? They usually get presented in fast forward rather than a slow breakdown. Seeing it come together in super speed is neat.
There's just nothing in there that isn't summarized in the first few minutes of the lobby. "I went with this theme and this is why I did these details." And you get to hear everyone's reaction instead of the in-detail monologue. I watched dapper's build section because he spent the entire time talking about why he's doing things.
The visual spectacle of the track isn't as interesting to me as learning the thought process.
15:42 is the start of the run where he uses the best three shortcuts.
I (and many others apparently) missed it originally because it never shows the tunnel and he dies. I just assumed he died on that run. He dies at the end of the run, but apparently his body completes the run.
Nice track. You could honestly do somehting simular and have everyone turn around but have a secret cut on the part of the track everone abandons.

You should make a simple high speed track that is impossible/ almost impossible to finish before the timer ends, but add a cheese at some point in the track (not the beginning, at least 30 secs in) that leads to a quick ending. Then you can snipe a 1st place at the end.

the best way to hide a shortcut would be to hide it after an obvious shortcut, everyone takes the obvious one so they never actually see the better shortcut that comes after.
or maybe a shortcut within a shortcut

You should make a track where it's faster to do the checkpoints out of order.
You need to start going into photomode like 30 sec before you plan to do your sneaky-sneak so people can't keep following you.
You need to build an inverse cheese map where all the cheeses are fake or slower.

You should make a shortcut that has another shortcut in it

make a chess that baits to skip real chess :). in the midle of the long track put biger skip then the first one or even first 2
Is it posible to edit the files of a level so you need something like 3 checkpoints but there are 4 in the level?

At 14:29 Dapper hits the checkpoint with a split time of EXACTLY 0, the color changes to an off white and there is an equal sign in the front instead of a < or >. This is the first time I have ever seen someone hit a perfect split time.
due to numbers it often says 0 but with a + or -, it happens often at start checkpoints
No fun to watch these v8deos if they just fallow you every run you do till they fined everything or say it in the chat after finding it, its just to easy
