Vimal in his mouth and sea view in his eyes. This guy is living his dream.

Epic comment
Unche log unchi pasand
🔥🔥
Damn seriously😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂........MONEY WITH NO CLASS !!!!. this lady was fine her husband chewing that stuff but the guest wearing shoes inside the house was big deal.
This is such a genuine show...no glossing over the facts, talking about both good and bad points...for example, sea facing view is amazing but also the fact that the proximity to it damages electronics. People can take an informed decision after weighing all the pros and cons.
Edit: But the anchor wasted too much time talking about actors and all. That was unnecessary. No one cares in Mumbai.
But people from other parts of India want to know how celebrities live and stuff.
That was cringe part. No one gives a shit in Mumbai
Vimal eaters tend to spend less on grocery
They find merits in chewing rs5 vimal, instead of spending rs500 on grocery
Vimal gives them energy just like energy drink😆
In anyway that Seaview and infrastructure won't justify 1.3 lakh, until the tenant mentioned there's some subsidy from his employer.
The infrastructure looks way way substandard in bandra
For SDE3, they cover 60K per month. So this guy must be having 60K-80K per month adjusted by his company.
So then his portion is only around 50K, and he can claim tax deductions so it’s a great deal actually
Yaa i pay 50 k rent with gym pool table a small pool 2 small garden and theatres
@@jdjdjdjdjdjd9927 Is this HRA or seperately?
First thing, it's in Mumbai. Second thing, it's in Bandra. Third thing, it's on Bandstand. Fourth thing, he can see the friggin SEA from his window.
To all those who are saying it's not worth it, in absolute terms yes it is definitely not worth the rent but you all are forgetting the human factor and its need for virtue signaling. The price is for status and we (Indians) are a status-driven society not wealth driven society, there is a reason our living room items cost more than our bedroom items.

Mumbaikars are a deluded lot. Sure they make a lot of cash, but trying to say a 1 lakh per month property in a dilapidated society is "value for money", is pushing the extremes!
It isn't value by any stretch of reality. And the sea view isn't all that grand.
The "true" value of such a building is around 45-50K.
I think you don't understand the meaning of value.
U don't decide that lol.u don't even understand real estate lol.everythibg is relative if u even know what that means.

You think someone shelling out 1.3L/pm in Bandra West is forgoing a beach house in Goa and a luxury apartment in Bangalore? They can probably do all three. Not worth at all. Building not well maintained. Overpriced like anything.
How many bhk ? Honestly I don't mind paying the price if the interiors were well done with a state of the art kitchen, the price is not a problem but the quality of the look and feel is not worth the money! It shouts maintenance and upgradation.

@@technicaltreasures7297 Bandra is a good place to consider for living (you can consider the reclamation area, hill road as it connects to western express highway). If you plan on commuting by road consider somewhere close to your work place or leave and return back during non peak hours. South Mumbai is the Best option as It is the actual Mumbai. Colaba, Dadar, Worli being childhood favourites. Bandra onwards is the suburbs. Most of the corporates are either in Worli, Bandra Kurla Complex or Andheri.

very good I was suppose to comment what difference it will make if one stays near to big stars as a person? You rightly put it, people are abnormally obsessed with entertainers. Substandard !
If you are rich enough, you would buy one of these places. If you are renting, you rather rent a few kms away from the sea and save atleast 50k! In today's times, it's a total waste of money to rent on Bandstand, that too for this condition of the house and building plus all that traffic.

One believes too much space was wasted on talking about film actors. A personal trivia here. On my visit to the bandstand promenade this year I bought a green coconut from a vendor. Suddenly when in the midst of the sale the dude rushed with his cart of coconuts to the exact area inside the gate shown in 17:53 in the video & I had to follow him. The reason is the police had come on their periodic rounds & they seize the vendor carts standing on the promenade & the poor fellow does that everytime he sees the police. He pointed out the bungalow & said with a flourish Rekha stays right here.....
Partial view, Bedrooms seems good size .. so overall not too bad
