Bro your content is so so good! You have improved the narrative to an extent to which it is an absolute joy watching your videos! The cinematics and the shots as well are so good! Thank you for your effort and for these wonderful videos!
On my visits to Izmir as a kid, I would take this train a lot with my Dad, just for fun. Back in the 2000s they had three daily overnight trains between Izmir and Ankara. I remember waiting in Ankara and watching the slower "Karesi Express" depart, followed by the faster "Izmir Mavi Tren" and then finally our train, which was the latest of the three, the "9th of September Express". Brings back great memories, thanks for sharing!
Hi felix you could've seen the İZBAN trains. In fact you must have seen that trains. The top of the window is blue and bottom of the window is white and red line with streaks on it. E22000 CAF and E22100 Hyundai Rotem trains in service. Btw we both arrived to the İzmir in same day but different times. By 👋. Important Note: There been a frightening earthquake in Kahramanmaraş. Be aware please!
Merhaba Onur bey, yes I could see them. I took the videos in January, so we are in Switzerland for a few weeks. My wife is from the affected region, so the last days were very difficult too. All the best, and thanks for the remark
Thank you for the recommendation, it's sincerely appreciated. Actually, I saw the film but so many years ago that I forgot to mention and see the link., thank you for reminding it to me 😊

Incredibly clean and well-maintained. Kudos to TCDD. And well shot, my friend, well shot! And fantastic music!
Thank you for this video. Really helped me with my planning
Glad it was helpful! If you have any question just let me know
I tried the app but there’s only coach option… no sleeper cabin. Wonder if they no longer have the sleeper cabin
Are you sure? I checked on the app right now for two dates (for example 4th december) and it shows availability on Sleepers (2 Yatakli 1.Mevki).
Thank you. I wanted to see breakfast menu and meal.😋
Next time 😁

Hi, you might enjoy the movie İşe Yarar Bir Şey (Something Useful) by Pelin Esmer. It is an interesting story of two passengers who take Mavi Tren.
Thank you for the recommendation, it's sincerely appreciated. Actually, I saw the film but so many years ago that I forgot to mention and see the link., thank you for reminding it to me 😊
Question: was there a connecting door between any of the 2 cabins? we're 4 persons travelling
No, there is no connection between two sleeper compartments on TCDD trains.
@@felixonrails, thanks. You also said the showers are not in working order, but there are showers, right?
