    I'm Arthur Bhutic.
    Market Toll Rd runs underground I-10 between, Magnolia St and Spur 330.
    The I-10 Bridge over the San Jacinto River be lengthened and raised. Being lengthened, the west end be east of Brookshire St and the east end be at 330. Must be raised to 109 ft with 2 cable towers. Cable towers, just like the Arthur Ravanel Bridge in Charleston, South Carolina. Must be 10 lns. Must be 2 additional bridges. That's 4 lns (2 lns 1 way) with shoulder lns.
    Must be side rds at the I-10 Bridge over the San Jacinto. Must be 4 lns. This is to intersect with S Main Feeder Rds and Independence Pkwy. Independence be a wide mdn rd. At driveways and intersections be right turn and merge lns. Be sidewalks not to be close to the rd, to make way for right turn and merge lns. Sidewalks at intersections get sidewalk ramps.
    The I-10 Bridge above the Trinity River be raised to 109 ft with 2 cable towers. Be 8 lns. Be 2 additional bridges that are feeder rd bridges. Be 4 lns (2 lns 1 way) with shoulder lns.
    Be side rds parallel to the I-10 Bridge above the Trinity. Be 4 lns (2 lns 1 way) with shoulder lns. Have a ferry with the Trinity.

    Be a small lane on the sides of the feeder rds as far east as Lockwood Dr and be separate from the feeder rds to make way for right turn and merge lns. Be a small ln on the sides of the freeway as far east as Waco St on the sides of the shoulder lns with barriers. This small lns are for atvs, bicycles, power bicycles, go-karts, mo-peds, and power scooters. Pedal bicycles, must only stay on the small lns on the sides of the feeder rds. The small lns on the sides of the feeder rds, must have left turn tunnels. The small lns on the sides of the frwy must get exit ramps after intersections and entrance ramps before intersections. Feeder rds must arch, to make way for this ramps. The small lns on the sides of the frwy, must tunnel exit ramps and entrance ramps. Too be on this small lns on the sides of the frwy be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Mildly Mentally Challenged below IQ 55, Moderately Mentally Challenged, Centenarians, and Children. Too be on this small lns on the sides of the feeder rds be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Moderately Mentally Challenged, Moderately Mentally Challenged below IQ 25, Super Centenarians, and Children Under 5. As well to be on pedal bicycles on the small lns on the sides of feeder rds be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Moderately Mentally Challenged below IQ 25, Profoundly Mentally Challenged, Centenarians above 120, and 23 Month Olds.
    Magnets be embedded in the pavements. That'll be on the feeder rds as far east as I-69. That'll be on the frwy and in the underground express west of 69. This will be for hover vehicles. Too be magnets in the grounds which 69 is the east end and Quitman Rd is the north end. By that will be floating hover boards around. You'd be seeing people and kids around on hoverboards.

You are the only person that does each freeway in Houston ... and you start out In exburbs/suburbs at least 40-50 miles out on to downtown .... then you cover every single last freeway ... the gulf ... eastex ... northwest freeway ... east freeway ... north freeway ... southwest freeway ... even the little ones ... Crosby freeway ... Tomball tollway westpark tollway and Pasadena freeway ... the only 1 video I havent seen you do was the south freeway 288 but you rock keep it up

    Now this video shows the freeway where I go to Beaumont, TX and the Houston Food Bank. This ride is very cool to ride on as long there's no bad traffic cause that gets me pissed off ruining the flow while I'm on I-10 North. From Beltway 8 Northeast to Magnolia Ave, construction was going on and was completed in 2019, which is this year.😂

    And my favorite loop freeways is
    IH- 610
    Beltway 8 tollway
    TX-99 tollway

    Definitely the most forgotten freeway in Houston but still big and bad.
    My order of Houston Freeways by fame or notoriety excluding Loops:
    1. Katy Freeway
    2. North Freeway
    3. Southwest Freeway
    4. Gulf Freeway
    5. EastTex Freeway
    6. Northwest Freeway (US-290)
    7. East Freeway

    At 146, be 8 lns with 10 lns, in between.
    Between, 146 and 99 be 10 lns.
    At Tx 99, be 8 lns with 10 lns, in between.
    Westbound I-10 between, Eagle Dr and 99 be 4 lns.
    Eastbound I-10 between, 99 and Eagle be 6 lns.
    I-10 at Eagle be 12 lns.
    I-10 between, the Eagle and the east side of FM 1409 be 10 lns.
    I-10 between, 1409 and FM 565 be 8 lns.
    I-10 between, Future East Wallisville Express Rd and the east end of FM 565 be 10 lns.
    The rest be 8 lns.
    Rds that overpass, depress to grade level, while I-10 overpasses.
    Be an underground HOV Ln under I-10 between, Uvalde Dr and Carpenters Bayou.
    Be an underground HOV Ln between, Brookshire St and FM 3246. HOV Ln be reversible as far east as 146.
    Be motor vehicle control safety chips embedded in the pavement. That's for vehicles with motor vehicle control safety sensors. By that, instead of the driving being manual, rather be automatic. The motor vehicle control safety chips be embedded in the feeder rds as far east as Lanthrop St and embedded in the frwy as far east as Lockwood. By that, bye bye to a driver's license. However, a driver's permit is required to be on the frwys. Who's ever drunk or texting are less likely or unlikely to commit accidents, all because due to automatic limits the use of the steering wheel. One's who can be in this vehicles on the frwys be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Mildly Mentally Challenged, Mildly Mentally Challenged Below IQ 55, Older Seniors, and Pre Teens. One's who can be in this vehicles on the feeder rds be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Mildly Mentally Challenged Below IQ 55, Moderately Mentally Challenged, Centenarians, and Children. While if with a small size vehicle that's simpler, doesn't even require a driver's permit to be on the frwy.     Railroad tracks intersecting be raised above grade level.
    RR tracks between, Wayside and McCarty arch I-10.
    Buildings along relocate to vacant land to be moved from the road to make way for expansion. If no vacant land available, must be raised above grade level.
    Complete feeder rds must be constructed. Must be 8 lns (4 lns 1 way).
    Current feeder rds must be moved from the rd and be widened to 8 lns (4 lns 1 way).
    Feeder rds depress below grade level at Elysian St, Jensen Dr, I-69 N, Waco St, Lockwood Dr, Wayside Dr, McCarty Dr, Gellhorn Dr, I-610, Future Fidelity Rd, Mercury Dr, Holland Ave/John Ralston Rd, Fed, Normandy St, Uvalde Dr, Beltway 8, Dell Dale St, Sheldon Rd, Wade Rd, Garth Rd, Tx 146, and Tx 99.
    Feeder rds if not east of 146 be curbs and sewers.
    Exit ramps after intersections. Entrance ramps before intersections.
    Only Wade at I-10 be a blvd.
    Intersecting rds at I-10 to be wide median rds be Lanthrop St, Freeport St, Thompson Rd, John Martin Rd, North Main St, Slojander Rd, Eagle Dr, FM 3246, and FM 565.
    Rds to overpass I-10 be Elysian, Jensen, Lockwood, and Future Fidelity with parallel below grade level feeder rds.
    Rds to be grade level main rds at with parallel below grade level feeder rds be Jensen, Mercury, Holland, Fed/Maxey, Normandy, Uvalde, Garth, and 146.
    Rds to be brought to grade level at I-10 be 69, 610, Beltway 8, and 99, with parallel below grade level feeder rds.
    I-10 overpasses 69, 610, Beltway 8, and 99.
    Feeder rds at driveways and intersections must have right turn and merge lns.
    Sides of feeder rds in developed areas must get sidewalks to not be close to the rd, to make way for right turn and merge lns. Sidewalks at intersections get sidewalk ramps.
    With minor rds that slant left, the outbound rd must tunnel I-10 to enter the inside feeder rd on the other side. With minor rds that slant right, the inbound rd must tunnel I-10 from the inside feeder rd on the other side.
    Below grade level sections rise to grade level. Intersections along here and feeder rds at this intersections, depress below grade level.
    I-10 at East US 90, must be an intersecting overpass for Future Northbound-Southbound Fidelity Express Rd with parallel below grade level feeder rds. This overpass caters to US 90. The parallel below grade level feeder rds cater to US 90 Feeder Rds.
    Woodforest Blvd from Sheldon, must extend east to the north side of I-10 to the east of Bayou Dr. Eastbound Woodfor, must tunnel I-10 to access Eastbound I-10 Feeder Rd.
    Must be a tunnel feeder rd for Westbound Spur 330 Feeder Rd to access Westbound I-10 Feeder Rd.
    Eastbound I-10, must have an overpass at 330, for Westbound 330 to access Westbound I-10.
    East Wallisville Rd from Slojander Rd, must extend to the north side of I-10 to the west of the Trinity River by Cove as an express rd with feeder rds. Must be a tunnel for Eastbound Wallisville Feeder Rd to access Eastbound I-10 Feeder Rd. Westbound I-10, must have an overpass for Eastbound Wallisville to access Eastbound I-10.
    Market Toll Rd, run underground I-10 between, Uvalde and Carpenters Bayou. Be tunnel exit and entrance ramps at Market, Freeport Rd, and Beltway 8.

Must be a left turn ped tun under westbound feeder rd to align with Westbound Jacintoport Blvd Feeder Rd. On eastbound feeder rd, must be a ped tun under Southbound Jacintoport Blvd Feeder Rd.
    Sides of waterways in developed areas, must get concrete hike and bike trails running under bridges.
    Intersecting pipelines must have hike and bike tr tunnels.
    Pedestrian bridges be converted into ped tunnels.
    By schools be ped tunnels.
    Under large power lines and raised rr tracks, must be a tunnel for a small rd. That's for atvs, bicycles, power bicycles, go-karts, mo-peds, and power scooters. This tunnel to have feeder rds for the small rd. Pedal bicycles only run on the feeder rds. Too, must get side rds to access I-10.
    At Lockwood and Future Fidelity be an elevated shuttle line. One's being constructed in Greenville, South Carolina. I used to live to the north-northwest of there in the 1980s.
    The median of I-10 as far east as 146, must get an island median of plants and trees, just like with interstates in Greenville, SC.
    Be an above grade level rapid transit train line at Elysian.
    Due to flood tunnels, will be a subway line at Elysian.
    At Maxey Rd, be an above grade level tram train line and an underground tram train line.
    At Elysian, an Amtrak Train runs above.
    At Elysian, be an above grade level magnetic levitation train line.
    Must be an elevated interchange ramp on Westbound I-10 to 69, starting from Gregg St.
    Must be an elevated interchange ramp on Westbound I-10 to 610, starting from Mercury.
    Must be an elevated interchange ramp on Westbound I-10 to Beltway 8, starting from Dell Dale.
