This in my opinion is the most difficult level in the game by far. Complete this level and you will be awarded with a special badge and gear to commemorate your achievement. You can access the prologue area again by talking to the plushie next to Callie and Marie at the entrance of Alterna in area 1. Select the option to "Relive Memories" and then "Return to the Crater" to go back to the prologue area and clear any stages you may have missed

After you have beaten all of the levels and beaten the game, access the secret kettle in Site 1 where you fell into Alterna:

if you wonder why this had to be THAT hard, remember that Nintendo is the same creator of Mario galaxy's prankster comet challenges
to everyone confused, you have to get all kettles, and if you got all of them in alterna and didn't get the secret kettle then you missed a kettle in the prolouge(which you can't go back to)

As a follow up to this however, I believe that you can access the prologue area by talking to the plushie next to Callie and Marie at the entrance. Select the option to "Relive Memories" and then "Return to the Crater" to go back to the prologue area and clear any stages you may have missed. I will be making another comment and updating past ones to see if this helps everyone

I checked everything- my kettles, the prologue, and fuzzy ooze. I’ve cleared everything, but it still isn’t popping up. Can someone help? Edit:I’m so confused. I did the final boss, but oddly, my Lateran log didn’t pop up. Is this an issue possibly? Another edit: NEVERMIND! I forgot to do level 5
What’s the prolouge
@@Siraiashi A prologue is basically an introduction to a story, so in this case its the introductory area/courses that you are in and complete (respectively) before plummeting into Alterna (the area at the VERY start of the game where you meet Cap'n Cuttlefish)
I dont think its worth to do everything plus that insane level for a bear ears and a log!?!

1st Half: Stressful but not impossible.

This level was extremely hell for me but I managed to beat it anyway. Never touching this level ever again lol. The last one was like girl power bro

What I hate about the secret kettle is that it’s barely any checkpoints
One question
to the checkpoints work.
Because the level is divided into 4 phases and when you reach the second phase, do you stay their after losing a life or you start over from the first stage all over again?
Im 2 months late but if you die 3 times the checkpoints will restart and you have to redo everything, however if you upgrade your gear to max you can retry at the checkpoints which is very helpful.

I beat it and went to the credits but this kettle never popped up. Does it have to be 100% all levels or just beat them

Saw some comments but didn't get to them in time to reply I think. Make sure to check your map for any missing levels, clearing out all of the fuzzy ooze stuff helps and you can also check the levels from the menu. Look for a checkmark to make sure you cleared the stage. Thanks for watching everyone :)

@@michadrzymaa2206 Some stages MAY be under the fuzzy ink, but I don't think you have to clear it all to get the secret level. As long as you clear every level you should be okay. This comment was just in case others were wondering why the secret kettle didn't appear for them, it was likely because a stage was still not unlocked and completed

Hi I’m back after 6 months I did all the levels and the final boss but the secret level notification isn’t appearing on my screen help me out pls

I know other people have been having the same problem but its simply because you are missing a stage somewhere OR you haven't beaten the game (check my pinned comment on this video)

I assumed that everyone cleared the first 4 levels in the prologue and also knew how to access it again, but if you need to access it and double check your stages: You can access the prologue area again by talking to the plushie next to Callie and Marie at the entrance of Alterna in area 1. Select the option to "Relive Memories" and then "Return to the Crater" to go back to the prologue area and clear any stages you may have missed.
