Love seeing the strategies here. So much to learn. One of the biggest takeaways I saw was the understanding of when to leave eggs and when to grab them. When you took out that stinger by the shore, you only took one egg and left the other 2 to get grabbed by the salmon. Didn't throw them or call the team to them, just left them, and you made it out with a massive overfill on your quota. It is extremely important at high levels to understand when to leave eggs to go get others. It's not worth getting the team wiped or making them come all the way out to get you and the eggs.
That is definitely something I picked up on when watching too. When things are this chaotic, the fact they make split second decisions to leave eggs or get them to the basket is astonishing. I personally never thought about the idea that leaving eggs could be a strategy

It’s cool how the slamin lid protects all the bosses, but especially the steelheads. They seem to be at the perfect distance that steelheads are usually lured too. Also all the different painting combinations are brutal. The fliperfloper on its own is a complete pushover. Me:
*that's not normal*
During the second wave: "300 boss horns go off in the first 30 seconds."
How can you even process the anxiety that that causes :o
1:55 The music: speeding up.
My anxiety: 📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈
You and your teams coordination is just insane. Its incredible
Damn. You made it through Glowflies no problem. Can't say the same for the Salmonids, that was an inkbath!
I love how whenever you watch a professional splatoon player w an octo brush their screen just violently shakes as they spread ink around
chum during glowflies: “guys, look. tArGEt”
How come one of your players always seems to get like 70-80 eggs while the other players get like 30? Was that just because of the rotation?
The host has no egg lag and therefore prioritizes basket eggs when necessary. Especially in Splatoon 3 the non-host egg lag seems to be a bit worse, so it's more effecient for the other three to not get those quick eggs unless a must.
@@BrianTheDrummer I'm sure this is a private run, but. Is there a host when picking freelance? And if so, how does one tell
@@BrianTheDrummer how can you identify who the host is?

2:31 Funny how you still had your silly little moments with teammates. Absolute respect
good weapon rotation and beautiful display of how salmon run should be played
the cohozuna victory in less than a minute is just so shocking but satisfying.. i hope to be like you guys in like a year 😭
Can't help but take notes of all the little things you lads are doing, great job!
I just reached Profreshional rank (in spite of my tomfoolery), so there was a lot to unpack here in terms of the strategies used. It NEVER slipped my mind that Slammin' Lids could be tricked into defeating other Boss Salmonids!
One could only dream of being surrounded by this many golden eggs
i like to imagine salmon run pros like if they were an extraction team, planning who to go for first, where to go, where to launch the eggs, these guys are straight up giga chads
this is the most powerful thing i see in a long time (proceed to press subscribe)
Theres so much happing, how anyone can tell what’s going on is beyond me XD
brians screen at the beginning of each wave: ⬆️↙️➡️↘️🔄⬆️🔁🔀⬇️⬆️↖️⏫️↙️
3:35 I'm actually so glad this is a universal splatoon struggle
That glowflies round with the brush is like an entire workout for your fingers bruh
Using the UFO to kill other bosses is actually genius omg, I'm gonna rewatch this video closely, see what I can learn
Dude I need a team like this!
This was incredible, I had no idea this high level side of salmon run existed lmaoo.
I'm stuck at Profreshional 1+
I just love the Slammin' Lid destroying EVERYTHING under his barrier... even other boss salmonids
You guys are honestly incredible. It’s videos like these aspire me to be a great Splatoon Salmon Runner. I hope I can find a team as great as yours, too.
the part that shocked me the most is the goldflies wave, as i usually struggle with it a lot. what greatly skilled players
Omg the sheer chaos in some of those rounds is intense.
These guys are so good and hardcore they all booyah to each other in the middle of complete mayhem while anyone else would be having a panic attack lol. All of u guys are freakin amazing. That ? Player killed it lol. They got like 70-80 eggs each round 😂
Do you have any tips? I recently hit P+1 and it just started annihilating me after the update ;-;
I think my biggest tip is to use special if you think you really need it, but never use it when you’re in a panic or else you might die before you use it. Preferably you wait until wave 2 or 3 but if you don’t think you can make enough eggs on time don’t be afraid to use a special to make a difference
Pro tip: DO. NOT. DIE.
i think just watching the video and taking notes would be in your best interest as well
I’m not a pro, but I did learn that the Slammin Lid will squash anything below them, including Steelheads and such.
the mode will be easier/harder depending on what weapons/map is in rotation. if theres a weapon that you really suck with in rotation then maybe skip that shift
Dude ive played hour long sessions with randoms like this in lobbies once, it was an absolutely amazing experience
mans is literally getting more eggs in 1 wave than i do in an entire run
gets 200 eggs dies on last wave
Mr.Grizz: not terrible
You guys took down that Cohozuna so fast!!!! Great work!!!
3:35 the little struggle dance to get up then the walk of defeat XD
salmon run waves: 😂
glowfly waves: 😶🌫️
All these eggs.. it’s so beautiful…
Ima spit out a useless fact about slammin lid you can smash all bosses (except maws) with slammin lid. This happened to me, it was kinda funny
Wait, Maws can't be squished? Now that's surprising
I noticed this for the first time when a slammin' lid spawned on top of a stinger and I triggered the lid to fall 😂
@@christiancasaverdepertica1802 imagine maws can get crushed but more-so getting maws and slamming lid to attack at the same time is not worth it
Maws can be crushed, it’s just a difficult timing
The way that you just work together blows my mind. Like the fact that you get 60 eggs per wave makes me soo jealous because I only get like 20. You guys are all insane
Wish I had a team like this
Max level. Absolutely stomps the boss = 9 bronze, 4 silver. Yep, sounds about right :P
I'd love to see this session from your teammates' perspectives. They were going ham in the background
the normal waves music just sound like the boss horn the entire time LOL
And my roommate says i play too much…
Good to see a team actually taking out fly fishes, big shots and stingers
how the heck do yall do this stuff so fast and so well. I’d have died about 50 times durring this
Bro they WRECKED that max hazard cohozuna while I’ve never even beaten 0-hazard cohozuna.
