It takes 110% commitment, these videos and some help from AI but its soooo easy now if you keep to it!! You CAN do this!!! Just one feedback on your stretch and mobility videos: In my opinion it would be perfect if you'd choose a little more relaxed music. This would fit the content better, I guess. when i first started, i COULD NOT do the lean back stretch, not even close. was going to void it but decided to just inch it out, now i can do it properly in about a 2 weeks of doing this everyday. baby steps accomplish a lot!
