Thank you Adam, by watching all your videos, me and my team 'Veera Kannadigas' were able to train well and secure seond place 🥈 in India's first ever 24hrs adventure race 🥳
Woohoo!! Very well done 🥳👍👍👍. I'm glad they were useful 😁 I saw some pictures from the race yesterday, i hope a video is coming out. I really liked the look of that kayak stage - that was one huge river 👍
Thanks for all the great videos adam....your channel helped my buddy and I nab 3rd place out of 18 teams in our division in our first 24 hour race. Your tips and expert advice and earned-through-battle experience were invaluable!
Thanks Adam I did my first adventure race last fall and my second on this week. Jen Segger is my coach and developed a great training plan for me. And you are correct that the training can be fun too
Hi Andrew, loving these videos. Watching in the lead up to my 2nd AR. Thank you. I have a topic suggestion/request. Would be really interested in any tips specific to kayaking. Ie gear/tips/techniques/manouvering 2 person boats through obstacles etc.
Jen Segger trained my wife remotely from Squamish for an AR about a dozen years ago and she says that she wouldn’t have placed if it wasn’t for Jen. Another great video.

Must have cost a fortune to get Liam Neeson for this video. ;) Thanks for the insight on how to approach the training. Strong work mate.
He was expensive, but I have certain persuasive SKILLS........... ;)

Hey Lachlan. Yep, there is some stuff that could make an episode. I'll put in into the queue 😎👍

Nice. Jen's own list of achievements is pretty convincing too 👍👍
what's the difference between rest and recovery? stretching? nice video
Rest is literally doing nothing physical. Feet up. Recovery is taking it easy/mild effort. 🙂👍
Just wait for Mark Walberg movie, after premiere such videos as this one are gonna get millions of views I believe 😅
