That Nash tow truck was the coolest truck I think I have Ever seen. 😁
Tom knows what he is talking about....great series.. ..keep them coming
Been binge watching this series, love it so much! Makes me proud to own a classic car!
soooo what's your ride?
+Andrew Samy 74 Dodge Dart!
Ryan Olson Mopar or no car
1987 I bought a 74 Dart from a coworker for $200.00. I didn't tell my wife for 2 weeks, hid it down the block for a few weeks, TLDR; it got towed for parking tickets and I am divoced.
I have a 66 AMC Rambler Rebel Classic.. OG Mopar, right? :p
One of my new favorite shows! Thanks guys
That Nash tow truck was awesome. I never knew they made a few trucks!!
Terrific show! I love seeing all those old classics that are still out there!
I like the wooden ramps that race car was parked on; Great idea! That '61 Imperial is a super find. I knew a guy in NJ who bought a mint black one from one of my neighbors families after she passed. I would cut thru her yard on my bike and always stop to look at the car in the garage because it was so long they couldn't close the door; and it was so beautiful. Buddy was an old Chrysler collector and when he took the cover off the '61 Imperial I told him where he got it and he said i was right. That was when i was 35? 21 years ago now and i bet he still has it!
Love best thing you can hear from a car collector is I can’t fix them all. That’s a real car guy, wanted it, owned it and passing it on👍
This is a great program. Please keep it up.
The narrator does an excellent job !
All The Best
Todd Abrahamsson
Love the mini, when growing up i managed to get a worked 1340cc with the sidedraft ida carb coming thru the firewall in front of my gearstick,it was off the hook nuts, ran and drove every single day for the 4 odd years i owned it before selling it to a bro who payed me way more than it was worth, fun days and nights and memories in that awesome little beast, what a phat little ride she was 👌
omg that beautiful '55 Crown Vic at 15:04 ...Haven't seen the interior but it sure got "please restore me" written all over it !!
love these episodes!
"back of a shovel"! nice
guy has more things started and to work on!would drive me crazy
I could watch shows like this all day everyday. Thank you for the production effort and the upload!!!!!
a mind blowing episode
thanks extended to owner and this channel for sharing and opening up a few garages to see these cars
I'm really responding to the positivity of Tom and his adventures. I live in New England, so you know what we keep saying when we find old cars in junkyards? "Well, she's got good glass!"
Im glad to see you driving a classic like it needs to be driven
I was in the Canadian Rockies recently (visiting from Australia) and on some back roads, felt like I was making my own episode of Mr Hagerty's show (which I love). I came across some amazing old cars going back to the 20s, but most were from the 60s/70s... amazing stuff, wish I could rescue them all. Love the show by the way.
You, guys, have made my day!! I'll re-watch it right this minute.
Thanks, great stuff & interest....Interestingly, the 49 Nash Tow truck got me hooked......
A personal favorite of mine! Thanks, Hagerty, for putting a smile on my face again!
great show, love to see and hear the story of barn cars and finds . keep them coming very cool!
Great story - dude bought it - wrecked it - did some shabby body work - sold it - and its set ever since 30-40 yrs.
Looks like I need to go west. Like he says, there are cars, trucks in our back yards, just look and ask. Thank you for video
F..K you,ugly fat f..K.
Thanks for sharing your finds with us old car guys.
Great show. Glad to see he's saving them. Hopefully he'll sell a couple and restore one so he'll have something to drive.
Breaking my heart with those Minis....my lifelong automotive passion. 💔
My 2nd car was a floorless 60 Austin Mini. Since, I've owned & imported Mini Pickups, Clubman Saloons & Estates. Even had a project featured in MINI WORLD once. Still at 70 have that urge..😉👍
That last place in Colorado. Wow. Had some cool stuff. That Nash tow truck. That’s a deal I’d like to get in on.
Do these producers a favor, "like" or not their episodes, they need to know us old gearheads appreciate their efforts
Great finds. I would lose sleep if I had to chose between keeping my Cooper MKII and an E-type but in the end I think he made the right choice. Personally I would have kept both. And down the road , that 61 Imperial coup, come on! Why is that car not sold, restored or resto modded! If only I live in the US!
I am surprised that you did not point out that the white Chrysler you described was actually an Imperial. Yes made by Chrysler but in their very own factory.
This ain't about a white chrysler it's about pure bread racers that woud make you smile not a dopey white Chrysler
Great video series. Tom has a mellow voice, don't blast us out with the music.
Great show. Watched all the episodes and told a bunch of friends. Keep it up. Will keep watching.
Yes modern cars are more reliable... but look at all the groovy style here, designed by a man with a pencil behind his ear. I Love to see rare, weird, ugly, unusual vehicles. More Wagons, Sedans, Ambulances, Hearses, Limos' (etc) Great channel. Glad I found you. Keep on Truckin'.
love the video I'm more of a truck guy for the bigger ones but I love all the old cars. I've got a 1972 Datsun 510 for my first car and I love it exclamation point
gaming24/7withcody games my ass u got a 510 you look 12
Cheers from downunder. Love this series love da classics
Love those Austin mini coopers
Nice love to restore this Porsche 356 awesome video cheers KC Tasmania Australia
Tom, another excellent little clip. Loved the books and I really like what you are doing here!
NEBRASKA!!! Furnace county....kinda south central...that truck is sweet
Buy a flashlight! 🔦 Love the Nash tow truck!
It´s fantastic to see all those and to listen to the "stories" behind, but in somehow it saddens me at the same time...this wonderful cars (the Porsche at the beginning) will never be back on street and this is of course, what they were made for...(best regards from Germany...while I am keeping driving your great cars guys (´65 Ford Mustang and ´63 Corvette C2)).
love the show but the classic music is also great. keep up the great work from Ireland.
I used to live in Canon City in the middle '60's when these cars were still running and being used.
First time I see this show, looking forward to see wats next!
Great series. Very well done 👍
Second location is twenty minutes from where I live. Drive by there fairly often and never knew these cars were there. May have to stop by
That Nash tow truck is cool...especially cool cause it has a Nebraska tag on it....lol
The 1962 Chrysler 2 door with the square steering wheel, reminded me of the British built 1973-75 Austin Allegro mk1, with its quirky square steering wheel.
That Nash Tow Truck is from Arapahoe, Nebraska. That's about 12 miles from my hometown. Not too often you see 38 county plates, let alone on a barn find!
One of the best things on UA-cam
Another great episode keep up the good work
These guys have the best job!
Somebody needs to restore that Nash wrecker. The 1961 Imperial was interesting as well.
I really love these videos.
Just subscribed as I have just started watching your vids I,m an older petrol head and how I love the old American cars,i was born in Toronto but have lived in Ireland most off my life I,m now caring for my mother,i do have a nice classic V8 parked in the garage.keep up the good work.
Nothing g like a
356 to start your day
Love these tours
Awesome mini and little race car!
Goddamn this show is good. Great photography, and have you noticed the music is good too? Well done, Hagerty.
Good serie! Keep up the good work!
I just love old tow trucks and that Nash was to cool.
Awesome Job Tom. Love the show
I moved to Colorado in 1999 i was only there for 2 years but the first year i was there I worked as a mover. A lot of people out there just have too much money and just move from one mountain to another. But this one guy I couldn't tell you where cause I was still new to the area but seems like it was somewhere near the front range just outside of Denver. This guy had a building on his new property he had already had his cars moved before we moved his household stuff but he had about 30 or 40 of those old Porsche's and a 53 jaguar and a couple of old triumphs. I only got a glimpse of the collection. But a lot of people out there have stuff like that.
Porsche people take note: the one he doesn't want to part with is a Volkswagen. This right here is a good man.
Great show folks. Nice work.
Waiting for the next one👍🏽👍🏽😁
Terrific cars, I love this
'61 Imperial coupe. nice!
Good episode, with cool music.
at 10:58 that is actually a 61 Chrysler 4door hardtop and that other one is a 62 Imperial. Big give away between the 60 and 61 chrysler is the taillights.
And the Imperial was a completely separate car from the Chrysler not many parts are the same.
Porsche in dire need of a restoration! Classic motor.
What an amazing trip
love your "woodie" !!
Awesome show! At 1:10 I spy snowmobiles
another fantastic episode!
356Cs had Zenith carbs, not Solex evict were on 356 SCs and had elongated air cleaners. I got 43mpg with mine running through the north Georgia mountains.
BREAKS MY HEART!!!
Awesome channel thank you
Me encantan los videos buenísimos.. Saludos desde Chile!!!!
I am finding these episodes depressing. Some beautiful cars left to rot.
My dad has had his Formula Ford sat in the garage for 25 years after he retired. Hopefully that guy will set it onto someone who can race it.
cool, cant wait for next one!
Damn, that Mini is tight. I want a classic Mini because it'd be cool to have, but a Mini race car?
Great Video.....Thank You
I was under the impression that original Cooper S Mini's had hoop style chrome bumper over-riders.
top show , great old iron
You change your editor or cameraman on this episode. Top class!
Awesome series!
You are doing a great job Sir I love that
Make more episodes or make them longer they are great =)
Hello,
I know this cars, cause i have a combi vw for my first car! I have past a lot of hours to restor my vw! I like this channel, good time to the next episodes!
A Couple Of Years Ago I Helped A Friend Of Mine Tow His Chrysler Imperial From Miami To Golden Cate Florida, We Towed It On A Tow Dolly With My 79 Flatbed Dually, I Don't Remember The Year Of The Chrysler Imperial But It Was A Big Car, My Friend Was Going To Restore It , I Lost Contact With Him Cause He Moved Around, But I Think The Car Is Still At His Mother's House In Golden Gate.
love that school bus
Leadville is hallowed ground for runners :-)
Forgot to say, did you ever think about doing an overseas edition? I have seen some great rare cars in Bangkok, Thailand of all places! If you need directions let me know :)
Chris Carbaugh imagine of he went to japan, so many legendary old cars there
The best job in the world!!
Very cool episode, nice one! Loved all the cars, but especially the Formula Ford, the 2-door Chrysler and that panel truck on the very end. Does anybody know what kind of make and model that is?
I'm liking these. A couple of years ago this guy had a short lived series on a cable channel, but it was somehow dull, and not as interesting as this series. I suppose it's better editing, and filming.
Love the Imperial
