Wearing a hat is a good idea (i know some dont like that) it helps me focus on the video better (unlike some other videos where i was distracted by untidy hair or receding hairline) thanks for the awesome video , learnt so much !!!
I just downloaded Adobe Premier Pro and for some reason I cant find the video files to import through Premier. When Im looking for the file to import , I dont see any of my video files although I know for certain they are in my card and playable. Any suggestions? Im getting ready to cancel premiere If I cant edit my drone footage on there.
I think that you're looking at import project files. I don't think you import media files, you add them. I haven't played with premier for a long time but I recall facing a similar issue. I think I just dragged media file on to the timeline.
r u kidding me ? i watched not dozens but tons of color grading videos for Drone specifically. not a single moron out there (especially the ones with millions of subscribers) explained stuff like you did in this video ! i have a special color grading folder in my favorites with just a couple of really favorite videos and by far you are the best ! i explained what most stuff actually did in plain english and demonstrated it for us, most other utubers just say drag this, and drag that without telling you what the hell is THIS and THAT i hope you can do another video using the basic controls for color correction instead of the s curve (although that was clear enough to me), you deserved a spot in my subscribers list, a like and favorites !...
@Micah Powell sorry words came out spontaneously didn't mean to sound creepy, I was honestly finally relieved finding a clear color correction video after spending a couple years looking for one I always knew for sure smaller utubers (respectfully like yourself) are waaaaaaaay more honest and reliable and informative than big time crocs, I even looked at ur subs before listening to you, turned out I was not wrong after all as the stuff u said and they way you explained things are far better than the biggest phoney out there claiming to have 1 mil subs and poor way explaining color grading for beginners like u did. Can't wait for a s3cond color grading video using PP and with basic tools: whites, blacks, shadows etc... Thanks again 👍
Hey zac thanks so much!! So I generally try to exclusively shoot at the a7s3’s native iso, that being 640 and 1280 since it’s a dual native iso camera, but for more run and gun shoots, illl adjust the iso to whatever the scene is calling for
@@MicahPowell cool man thanks for the reply. what do you think about the air 2s re. native iso? I heard mavic 2 pro was 360 or something like that so thinking I should be aiming for 400 on the 2s but interestingly just about every "manual camera setting guide" video says shoot at 100 iso. I read that you lose detail at low iso even if the scene is exposed correctly. (I'm somewhat new to cinematography)
@@zacjohnson8404 hahaha just realized you were asking "what iso do you shoot at?" about the drone and not my camera haha! so from all the research that I've done, all I can find is that the native iso of the air 2s is 100. I mean I definitely have to pump it up sometimes. i think the idea of losing detail at lower iso is a thing of the past with all of dji's previous drones. but with the 12mp video I cant imagine you would be losing any detail. i certainly haven't noticed anything
Fantastic explanation and demonstration - Thank you!
Great explanation! I’m a beginner and want to start creating my own content and this made it so simple to understand!
Extreeeemmmly underrated
Love the coffee bit!
Just ordered my DJI AIR 2S :) This video makes me excited about it! Thanks! :)
Awesome! No doubt the air 2 s is awesome
Thanx Micah! Great info!
Great production values !
I've been searching for this video and this has been the best and most helpful
Hey glad I could help!!!
I have a air2S and will be trying this. ✌🏼
good on you for sharing you process. alot of people hold their colour grade secrets very close, like it's the family recipe or something :P
Thanks for sharing🙂👍
No problem man! Thanks for watching
Nice work mate!
Cool tips!
Congratulations from Brasil 🇧🇷
