I would love to see you do a documentary about your recovery. And not just about the physical recovery which I'm sure was astounding but the mental battles as well. Call it rediscovering Renner. It's obvious you have totally rediscovered your true self and potential. Am so very happy for you
Hey, so everyone commenting on "do full range of motion," have you considered that post-recovery from the accident he is doing what he can? He's worked with the best trainers in the world, I think he knows what full ROM is. He's lifting a hell of a lot of weight in my opinion. Encouraging to see him working, that's all. ✌️
Because some injuries may not allow full ROM. He broke his right clavicle & shoulder in the accident. With the shoulder especially, they may have had to fuse or rebuild his acromion process. Most people don't even have the natural ROM to smoothly bring their arm above their own head. Sometimes it's about skeletal limitations.
@@akbananachucker2441 your shoulders literally stabilize your elbows while doing skull crushers. If he still has issues with his clavicle or shoulder, he can't do full ROM without extreme pain. At least know what you are commenting on. I tore my left front delt and bicep 3 months ago, and wouldn't dare even try one rep on skull crushers yet.

Jeremy....great to see you're back at it, and your form is good, but if I could offer a quick tip. Lower the amount of weight you are using so that you can have a much greater range of motion on the negative part of the movement. You will be surprised at what a difference it makes.👍
