Hi John 😊 guess what ?? I made it today Sunday because I found I had all the ingredients and the final product was scrumptious I couldn’t resist to have a piece of it when I got it out of the oven. And it was baked in a 9” round pan and well it was amazing 🤩

I've made other blueberry bread recipes, and my frozen berries always sink to the bottom, even after coating with the flour mixture. I hope this works better. Also, given that an acid has been added (egg), might a 1/4-1/2 tsp of baking soda be added to increase the rise? Finally, frozen berries are notorious for dying the batter blue. To prevent this, a quick dip to rinse in ice cold water will wash away that nasty staining juice. Then coat with flour mixture, as John does. The quick rinse does NOT cause the berries to sink.

Wouldn’t recommend them frozen. They release the moisture and ruin the cake.
