I'm 47 years old and I've never found any shapewear to hold my tummy in, I lost muscle structure after having my children and it just hangs there no matter what weight i loose or exercise I do.

A fat lower tummy is often called a pooch in mid sized and small fats and an apron belly is often found in mid- Infini fats ( can be found in people with pcos, gave birth, lost a lot of weight )
Thank you! So many people don’t understand what a fupa really is. I actually have a real fupa, and I have never seen any shaping underwear that targets the real fupa. The underwear she’s trying targets the pooch and apron bellies. Not the fupa.

A fupa is not something you can get rid of. A fupa is literally an unusually fat, puffy upper vulva.
Fupa /= fat pudgy lower belly ot muffin top. 2 completely different things.
Fupa is a term doctors will actually use and it DOESN'T mean your lower belly. It's BELOW that.
That first maternity one, I noticed it is by Leonisa. It's a Colombian brand with amazing quality, my favorite fupa friendly underwear is from there but not the maternity one. That brand carries amazing panties and also it doesn't have to be so expensive since you buy in dollars and they produce in pesos so....my aunt from the US comes to colombia to buy that brand specifically or has us send it to her because of the incredible quality.

I wore a tighter formal dress and bought the high waisted shorts that go like half way down your thigh and all the way up below the chesticles...it really did smooth everything and hold it in! I usually wouldn't be that confident in a dress like that but these really helped! Got them from target I think! Or walmwrt

I've been looking into corsets and corset-tops recently (because they're pretty and I want them) and I've noticed that there are so many different kinds. Sadly most of them seem to be made for people that are already fairly slim, and/or gifted in the chest area. But there are also a lot of different kinds of corsets, I'd love to see and learn more about that!

I have been shopping around for shape wear for a while now and I must say that I have come across a majority of these cons... the underwear shapers tend to smooth my tummy into more of a ball shape(like am 20 weeks pregnant),Making things worse. The waist cincher belts, trainers tend to leave back bulges. It's like solving one problem and creating another. There's not one perfect solution in sight except for the obvious which I am not ready for lol

I've been wearing these tummy tuckers by Maidenform also that are tank tops & they have shorts also. My most recent purchase is a body suit & I haven't received it yet but I looked through all of the things & shapermint is the brand of tanks I would get. I have 2 from them bc I love wearing these camps with or with out a shirt over. The way these have helped me control my all the places my fat peeks out of, especially the muffin top & back fat so I recommend the Maidenform tanks & shorts or undies...

I've been struggling with body image since middle school, now about to graduate college, I went from a flat stick skinny girl to a more curvaceous filled in figure with a lil fupa of my own. I struggled accepting my weight gain, but seeing how confident you are has helped me in my own acceptance journey and feel beautiful in my skin. I literally only wear high wasited boy short style cuz it just gives me that extra tuck to my tummy when wearing skirts or jeans. I've tried so many different ones and the only one I found was years ago at a Rainbow store and I never saw them again 😭 I had gotten a black and gray one and now they finally getting old and the stiching has come undone. I've been looking everywhere for undies that give my booty just that slight lift, that tummy small tuck and very comfortable and breathable. But I've yet to find it, this video is very helpful tho! I love being able to to tlk about my body and not feel so ugly or ashamed of it. I recently started feeling ugly bcuz I never used to have stretch marks on my belly, but I do now and I hated looking at myself in the mirror. You make me feel like it's okay and it's normal. Other women are the same as me too. Thanks for having the confidence to tlk about it online and showing that there is nothing wrong with our bodies!
