Holy shit. I love Chris Thile and Brad Mehldau, and I had no idea that they ever performed together. And then they're covering one of the most brilliant songwriters to have ever lived. Everything about this video is a beautiful shock.

He didn’t sing on a some of his other E.S. covers that I watched either. I like his voice. I’m picky about E.S. covers but so far Chris a Bridgers have done justice as well as a girl that does Twilight and some others while playing a harp.

I wonder why Chris didn’t sing this but it was still nice -
