Dude you literally invented a new genre on UA-cam. No one is gonna be mad at you doing you're stuff either cause it's an honorable thing you do. Helping the community and all that. Keep up the good work
The reason i subscribed to your channel is because you have passion about what you do. You do it because you enjoy it and chose to share it. That is what this channel is about.
Ideas: Before opening up a clog, shove a measuring stick in the high water to see how much the water height is. you then can see accurately how far down the level changes. Also, there are ways to measure the flow . Wouldn't it be cool to see how many gallons of improved flow you create?
You can measure how fast the water is going pretty easy. How much is flowing through at the start vs the beginning is kinda hard to calculate because you need the area the water is flowing through in order to do it corectly. Thats not easy to measure. In this video you could take the end of the culvert to do so but thats not alwas available.
Post my man, the split camera idea was a great addition to your program and videos. Keep up the great work and stay safe and healthy. 👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The takeaway I get from your videos is that beavers are incredibly efficient and intelligent. I had no idea their dams were so robust. Yes they can do a lot of damage, but beavers are amazing creatures! Thanks for all you do, by the way. Keep the great content coming!
Thanks for showing the other side of the picture with the second camera. It is just a boost to see the water swooshing thru on the second camera. You are making your videos more interesting with all the extra work you are doing. It is appreciated. Be safe.

What a fun video! It's amazing how quickly beavers work...and how much mud they use. I had no idea they used so much mud until I started watching your channel. So Cool!!!
I had no idea they even built dams, before I joined this channel! 😆 No beavers here in NZ, and they were almost distinct in Germany when I was still living there 20 years ago 🙂
That is a very impressive job of unclogging that culvert, great to see and great to hear. It is fantastic to see the water come out the other end. Thank you for bringing us this very interesting and informative video, it is much appreciated by the people of the community.
I’m glad that you are putting a second camera at the outflow end lately, I remember watching your early videos and wanting to see the effect at the other end. Keep up the good work, these are really enjoyable videos.

After viewing your video for many years no I realize the effort that you go through to unclog these culverts and outfall structures even when the City doesn’t do take care of them. I am lucky to have a 12 inch galvanized culvert running through my backyard along with an old brick basin/ditch. The system is from 1964 and it is probably in need of replacing it. I thought it was always kind of rough around the edges, but compared to the ones in some of your older videos, I realize that there must be so many other drains out there that are waiting to be maintained. Keep up the good work.
I was having a really hard day, but then I watched your video. You calmed me down and helped me relax. Thank you for all you hard work. I really appreciate it
Your work is almost mesmerizing, such a enthusiasm. It’s great to see you care about your environment. You are an example for lot of people and way much interesting than all those so called “influencers”.
You need a 4 tine spading fork to use on parts of the beaver damns and large culverts that have lots of small sticks and debris packed in. The tines are longer than the rake, and you can dig them in to really break up the stuff so the current carries it away. Just a thought from the garden experience. Happy unclogging!!
You leaving less muck for the beavers to use was nice. I was willing you to rake the muck you were standing on, on the right side of the culvert but, I guess I didn’t concentrate enough. Lol…I love what you do…🥰
I have suggested you getting an asphalt rake in the past this would be the perfect job for it. While the handle is longer than what you like unlike a bow rake and asphalt rake is designed for pulling and pushing heavy material and the very narrow tang gives you a foot either end go work with a real dam breaker for sure.
It good to see you find a culvert your passionate about. Love that you went the extra mile and went downstream to unblock a dam. What attention to detail.

You always give 100% to every job you undertake, and that's why it's so enjoyable to watch your videos and you work.
