  • I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
    I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
    Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

    • @MonkeyJedi99
      @MonkeyJedi99 2 роки тому +11

      And those structures would help even if beavers were not a present problem, as they catch driftwood and grasses (edit: and human trash) before they can either clog mid-pipe or even just pass through and whack the sides doing damage.
      They also make cleaning debris a breeze, as we have seen.

    Yes, now I can go to sleep because Post 10, and Ghost 10, uploaded another video for our viewing pleasure, really cool to see how much the water level dropped, and catching nature is relaxing even if a duck gets spooked and flies off lol Hi Ghost 10

    I don’t know about anyone else but I could have Post10 on a loop all night long saying Potentially & Whirlpool with the sound of a stream flowing in the background & it would help me sleep, great ASMR material, I always find myself coming back to this channel to get my fix 🙂

    It's nice to see & hear wildlife. Thanks for sharing Post 10. From beautiful Senoia, Georgia. I heard a Barred Owl, also called a Hoot Owl, a few nights ago & that sure was nice.

    I believe malard duck eggs take 3 weeks to hatch and another 5 weeks to fledge, but they will be on the water soon after hatching following mum and dad.

    I get the biggest kick out of all the efforts you make to clear these blocked culverts. I admire the work you do, and not a few times have wished that i could be there with you. Alas, i live in Canada, so not likely to be able to join you. Keep up the good work.

    Man, ALWAYS on a Mission! Not afraid to Roll up his Sleeves, strap on his High Boots, and start a Clearn'! Wonder how often You get Recognized from any Road Commission People for what you do for the Good of Nature! But, probably not much, cause you're Not Afraid to point out their lack "road engineering" causing most of draining FAILURES! Cudos to You for doing a "Thankless Job" and helping the Environment as well.

    Had a conversation at work recently
    My coworker: “Have you seen the news?”
    Me: “I don’t watch the news.”
    Coworker: “So how do you keep up with current events?”
    Me: “CURRENT events?” Brings up this channel “His videos always end up with currents”
