    I tried many things to gain weight but no thing is working..first when i check mr.guru.maan i thought that its like all other ..but from 40 days months i m following "pure mass" diet plan. I almost gain 6 - 7 kg and my body now started build muscle..thanks buddy for get rid of this skinny body..

    I ate this 5 months back. And it took me 2 hours to eat the whole thing. Guys an alternative to this is-
    Blend the following
    -1 Cup Oats Powder (Blend The Normal oats to make them into powder form)
    -1 scoop of Whey Protein
    -2 table spoons of peanut butter
    -600ml of milk
    -One tablespoon of olive oil
    Blend all of that. It’s about 61 grams of protein and about 1000 calories.
    If you are bulking, also eat 3 bananas after drinking that

    Wastage of money... and soooo sooo sooooooooo bad tatse... trust me u cant eat it evry day in your brkfst... its horrible specially add protein... which is so costly.. but i can afford it so it doesnt bother me... but the whole brkfst meal is useless...
