Girl I’m pregnant I ain’t know what to think and I seen this this morning cuz I was definitely feeling like this yesterday with everything going on I just did a like 12 hr drive down south been overwhelmed like craft with my 2 kids tryna push out content tryna do this tryna do that so thank you. I have witnessed the same with business owners I worked with (since I am a virtual assistant). It is really important to delegate tasks, do not take care of everything on your own.

I was literally experiencing all the signs you mentioned for over 6 months until I slowly started to get myself out of that burnout hole. I’m still getting out of that mindstate. So crazy how burnout is not more talked about.

I had had some health struggles and it's occurring to me now that burnout played a huge role. I thought it was just some other things, but those don't account for some additional symptoms I had. This is definitely fuel for journaling and I'm going to bring this up to my care team. Ty ty!🤗🤗
Love this video and glad you’re on the mend now! When my burnout was at its worst, I would notice that my internal batteries were low, but I wouldn’t respond with self care until it became an 🚨emergency 🚨. I had to learn to continually charge my batteries even when I felt like I *could* keep working.

Guys if you have health insurance they usually have perks that nobody bothers using. Mine has free virtual workout classes or options for free classes at your local gym, etc etc. Look into perks you're already paying for

My husband told me about your channel sometime ago and I finally had a moment to check out you videos. I love that you mentioned mundane. It’s true in moments like that everything can feel like a chore. Finding time to rejuvenate is imperative. I needed this video today….struggling with my thyroid and all the fun things that go along with it…on top of work stress and just trying to keep up with our home and being a ‘good’ wife. It’s nice to know I’m not alone in my feelings and this happens to other people. Thank you for sharing your story and the tips. I need to schedule a massage. I always put it off because it seems selfish and like i should be doing more ‘productive’ things with my time. But sometimes i guess it’s ok to be selfish. The laundry can wait another hour or two right?
So my procrastination cleaning spree is a form of analysis paralysis 😵💫 also same I can relate to missing my period during stress once and I was so confused

I had no idea I had been going through burn out, falling if my routine made me think I was just fallin on self discipline funny thing is all you mentioned had started and I kept blaming myself and getting really irritated with my family
Motherhood is all consuming and leads to burnout but you can't take a break and full time job plus single motherhood is super exhausting. Gotta keep going though. Maybe some of these tips will help.
My house is a trainwreck; three kids 5, 4, and 2 just had to let go of their father leaving me with literally not a single adult to speak to or help me with them or my finances. I have been way burnt out never resting or eating properly, and constantly being stressed out to the max prior to kicking him out, and major analysis paralysis. I watch all the stuff and learn it all, but starting or finishing doesn't happen even though I kkow what and how to do it all. My books and records used to be alphabetized, and I currently have a dining room full of clothing for 5 people. Snappy with everyone. Highly irritated, which creates anxiety for me.
We don’t have to wait until we start experiencing burnout before we start taking care of ourselves. Whatever the cause, burnout can affect both our physical and mental health, hence its very important for us to be mindful of our stress levels.
