Tried this yesterday...didn't make 15-20 minutes, took me almost 30 minutes to complete and right now I have trouble walking almost, immense soreness! But loved it! I was hoping I could do some squats afterwards before I started, but that for me really wasn't an option anymore! hopefully you can do more circuits like this but then for chest, back and shoulders!

Weights/bodybuilder guy here and I’ve been using your TRX workouts with the whole #coronavirus quarantine and I’ve been impressed with the muscle activation and calorie burn! You should do a series of these videos - but I do agree with the comment below. I don’t actually think you talk too much necessarily but maybe visually labeling exercise transitions on screen so we can scroll quickly through? Just a thought. MUCH APPRECIATED! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽✌🏽
Excited to do this workout. My goal with clients is to educate them on how much you can do with a few pieces of equipment. I don't want someone to pass up fitness do to lack of time...they can't afford a gym membership....they travel.. they need heavy weights or machines....etc.. This workout feeds what I teach.
I found this workout yesterday and was looking for a great leg workout. I made it through, though I'm not sure how. I attempted to walk down my stairs about 30 minutes after my workout and nearly collapsed. Legs were so weak after this. Next day was killer. I can barely squat down to sit. Great workout and I'll definitely keep doing this one. I would love a great chest, back and shoulders one as Guido suggested.
very excited to try these. I'm a dancer so anything that kills my legs makes me happy... until I can't move the next day, then I uncomfortably laugh... thanks for the tips!!!
We have an urgent situation now. Business' are evacuated from their mini-mall or dedicated shop near a Mall. And in-goes a TRX Studio or PKE Alternate Studio. Mom-n-Pop first to go, THANKS YOU. Out comes a Green Belt.
