Well said Ella!!!....What indeed was the point of the bounce game????? Why not work on a shot that you would actually use in tennis?...touch volleys or drop shots? Both involve quick hands and footwork.
I think it’s just keeping practice varied, we do so much of working on different shots, something competitive and also working on hands feel, receiving a ball at a different trajectory is a good think to work on

Yeah she’s very good (too good in fact) the driving is awful, she even went up to Glasgow with me drove the whole way there and back Played Henry last year at Edgbaston, great player Thank you 🙏
