When Alex does that big “de-mol-i-sher” with out the mic, when he’s live and he does that he’s so loud you can hear him perfectly from the back. The mans a beast.

I was self taught for singing, screaming, beatboxing, and bass vocal techniques and if there is anything that probably did damage my voice growing up it was listening to and emulating Chino Moreno's techniques from the deftones. Dude is a beast but like myself he is self taught and he destroyed his voice at one point, to the point that he had to get an operation, he is back in good shape now though.

Russian vocalists are literally beasts, from Russian oktavists in classical and operatic bass singing, to Czeck (I know not russian but close) Tomi P, a modern day bass legend, and of course Alex Terrible. Also 2:36 you actually crushed that. I also want to point out something that I love in deathcore (and many -core metal genres) is the way they layer the screams. This guy is just as much of a beast live but one way that these bands make the scream vocals even more crushing is by layering 2 vocals together, the guttural false cord vocals and an upper fry scream over it. You can hear it at many key parts here. The fry scream is so great because its almost like a belt with overtones and distortion all at the same time, you are basically screaming from your nose. Unlike false cord techniques though that one isn't as projected and you can seriously damage your voice if you try to over project any of these things.

Absolute gem of a reaction video! Very well put together 😊 and very knowledgeable in this type of singing. If you're looking into bands with "unique" type of singing kinda like that, might i suggest travis ryan's singing from Cattle Decapitation. Cant wait for the next video!

You should look up Tallah- Overconfidence there is a lot of different techniques used in that song and I think you'd get a kick out of it, Their lead singer does a ton of one takes too.

just found your channel today and catching up on your reactions...um, no other vocal reactor on youtube has the natural talent for replicating these growls. Jaw on the floooor. From the humor, technique breakdown, and editing, you are easily one of the best out there. Keep it up! There are SO many videos left to cover. I'd like to recommend Devin Townsend Deadhead live. I think you'd really like it after your Kingdom video.

You are the absolute best at explaining metal, aside from a few rare channels like Kardovox Academy who specialize in Metal. I love your expertise. As a metal vocalist it gets me slightly hot and bothered. Ha ha.

I've really enjoyed your analysis/breakdown of it.
