I just baked it and it turned out great! The top is crunchy, specially the corners which i love . I’ll just lessen a little amount of sugar and bake it a little longer. Thank you for the recipe.

hi, Kurt. just want to know if what's the setting of the oven you used. Is it with fan or top or bottom only or bottom with fan? I'm from the Philippines po. Hope you'll reply soon. Thank you po. 😀
Hello - our oven has only 1 setting for "bake" - heat comes from the bottom. We don't own a convection oven, so I don't have personal experience with it. But from what I understand, there should be a setting to be able to turn the convection feature "on" and "off". If there is, bake these bars with the convection/fan setting "off". So convection ovens should be able to work like a regular oven. Hope this helps!
