I made it today, I had ground turkey (what I had) and sausage crumbles, didn’t use pepperoni, had fresh mozzarella and ricotta and OMG!!! Me and husband were amazed at how good it is. I’m new to keto a few months and and I love it! Carb free!!! But Beth you are not going to believe this…. I made this exact meal on Sunday (except I used sliced up chicken to sub out the noodles). I used the marinara sauce from Aldi as well!! And it was DELICIOUS!! Also I just bought those egg wraps and had one for breakfast this morning and they are so good! So I can attest that this keto lasagna is fantastic and no one will even realize or miss the noodles!!
Oh that's awesome! It is a great way of eating for me especially to manage my T2D. 👍 Oh, that is so good too, I have made the Meat Lasagna using deli chicken and provolone slices as the noodles. So darn good! 😋😋 I love these egg white wraps, though, as it really gives you the feeling of eating actual lasagna noodles! It's super tasty! Thanks so much for watching! 💕😊

I've done this before watching your video and it is good the egg wraps tasted more like lasagna noodles the next day the first day it tasted a little spongy but after it absorbed the sauce overnight I really couldn't tell the difference
Thank you for your input, I tend to agree with you. I liked this as leftovers for sure and unlike real pasta lasagna, this doesn't get dry, it stays and reheats very nicely! 😊😊👍

It's really depending upon the ingredients that you use and the amount of carbs in your sauce. The aldi brand sauce I use is 6 carbs per 1/2 cup. I would say that you're probably looking at around 6 or 8 total carbs per slice using my recipe. Thank you! 😊

There's NO carbs in the egglife wraps so just calculate the carb count in your sauce & cheese! I use a low carb marinara from Aldi called Specialty Select. it's 4 Net Carbs per Half Cup serving! 👍
