- Biceps tendonitis refers to inflammation of the tendons of your biceps muscles.
While our tendons are strong, overuse can cause inflammation and pain. Our tendons also tend to weaken with age, which can predispose us to tendon issues.

I've been having this issue for over 6 months now and it gotten a lot worse lately to a point that it is very uncomfortable past 15 lbs. Thank you for this video, I'll try to do this to fix this problem...

How much weight do you recommend? Should i determine this by reaching failure with these reps?
Thanks for this, is it normal whilst doing the wall one for the lower bicep near where your arm bends to hurt slightly whilst doing the stretch and then ache for a few seconds afterwards? Thanks.

i have pain in my both arms with the help of exercise I'm able to straighten my right arms full but there is still pain
my left arm is in immense pain and I'm not able to straighten it fully
Stop doing all exercises or activities that put the bicep under strain and give it a couple of weeks to heal. Go and do cardio and workout your lower body if you can.

I've had distal bicep tendonitis for over 3 months and have been doing eccentric bicep curl for rehab. It seems to be stagnated progress wise. What would you advise?

Hi! Would like to know if these excercises indeed helped you. I got tendonitis this morning and it's been 16hrs and the pain is still there.I can't straighten my left hand. I began with weights(bicep curls etc) 6 days ago after a break of 2.5 months. How did you recover from this? And after how many days of getting the pain do you start these excercises

Start from 1.5 kg and if you think more work nice for you it is ok . Do not go over 5 kg
