You are doing this wrong. 1. Engage your core 2. Hold each pose 10 Sec then release and then engage your core for the next rep 3 move to the other side and repeat 4 with the crunch. Same minimally left your shoulders up after you engage your nose. Hold 10 seconds 5. Then go the side left. Same engage core. Hold 10 aeconds Doing the Russian pyramid style for best results
They’re meant to be for stability, and I’ve seen it put into practice along with TUN, time under tension. Hold and brace for 5-15seconds in between reps

Stop doing all exercises or activities that put the bicep under strain and give it a couple of weeks to heal. Go and do cardio and workout your lower body if you can. Focus on stretching the bicep tendon as shown in this video ua-cam.com/video/ctRBgSP-9hk/v-deo.html There are plenty of videos out there just search for distal bicep tendinopathy

I've had distal bicep tendonitis for over 3 months and have been doing eccentric bicep curl for rehab. It seems to be stagnated progress wise. What would you advise?

Hi! Would like to know if these excercises indeed helped you. I got tendonitis this morning and it's been 16hrs and the pain is still there.I can't straighten my left hand. I began with weights(bicep curls etc) 6 days ago after a break of 2.5 months. How did you recover from this? And after how many days of getting the pain do you start these excercises
